The plans below show the site of a farm in 1950 and the same site today.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The plan illustrates the changes in beechwood farm in 1950 and the same farm today.
Overall, there are several modifications took place in present plan. Where sheep was replaced by camping field with parking and solar panels are constructed. The place size remains same, but internal changes took place.
Looking at the detail, In 1950 the farm contains sheep which consumes more place compared to others. The fruit trees , soft fruits and vegetables are on the one side of the sheep, where these are separated with track. On the other side the barn, farmhouse and chickens are available, where all these are connected with the river.
However, In present plan several modifications took place. Where the sheep was replaced by camping field and solar panels with parking. The track was demolished and road was constructed, it directly connected to the barn. On the left side of the barn vegetables, soft fruits fruit trees( with farm shop) are available. On the other side of the barn, the new hoilday cottagges was constructed. The farmhouse and chickens remains same where all these are connted to the river.
