Overall, Track was improved to Roads. Faclities like Holiday cottages, Camping and Parking are added. However there are no changes in layout was surrounded by river. Fruits, Vegetables are remained unchanged.
In 1950, one side of track is for sheeps whereas now, it was segregated to Camping, Parking and Solor Panels. Also track was laid by road. Road crossing the river from here we can have acccess to farm.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
The response identifies the broad change from tracks to roads and mentions new facilities, so it shows some understanding of the plans. However, it addresses the task only minimally: it gives few specific comparisons and does not describe important changes such as the farm shop, solar panels, holiday cottages, or the barn’s position. The claim that fruit and vegetables “remained unchanged” overlooks that the present-day layout includes substantial new uses and altered access. The statement that the site remains surrounded by river is also inaccurate; the river borders the south-western and southern edges. At 81 words, the response is 69 words below the required minimum, which leaves the main features seriously underdeveloped. Select key changes and explain their locations in both plans.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
There is a basic overall structure: an opening, an overview beginning “Overall,” and a final comparison of the sheep area with today’s uses. This gives the reader some sense of the response’s direction. However, progression is limited because only a few features are covered, and the links between ideas are sometimes unclear. For example, “Also track was laid by road” and “Road crossing the river from here” do not clearly explain which route or location is meant. The contrast marker “However” introduces a claim that is difficult to connect to the preceding sentence. To improve, organise the report into a clear overview followed by separate descriptions of the western and eastern parts, using precise references such as “north of” and “south-east of”.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The response uses some relevant map vocabulary, including “track,” “roads,” “river,” “facilities,” and “segregated,” and the reader can identify the general subject. However, the range is limited and several choices or forms are inaccurate, which sometimes makes the meaning difficult to follow. “Sheeps” should be “sheep,” while “Solor Panels” is misspelled and “access” is written as “acccess.” “Track was improved to Roads” is not a natural way to describe the change; “the tracks were replaced by roads” is clearer. “Fruits” is also less precise than “fruit trees” or “soft-fruit fields.” Build a wider set of accurate terms for land use and location, and check spelling and collocations before submitting.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The response attempts a few connected sentences, including “However there are no changes in layout was surrounded by river,” but the grammatical range is limited and errors occur frequently. The opening, “The plan shows the Beechwood Farm in 1950 and development happened now,” has an unclear tense relationship and does not form a natural comparison. In “Fruits, Vegetables are remained unchanged,” the passive construction is incorrect; use “the fruit trees and vegetable plots remain” if that is the intended meaning. The sentence about the sheep area also shifts awkwardly from “was” to “now, it was.” Use consistent past and present tenses to compare the two plans, and practise complete sentences with accurate articles, verb forms, and punctuation.
