In summer, various countries closed their schools for more than two months so that children could stay at home for a long period of time. During these holidays they could spend time with their family and they might be enjoy summer more joyfully. on the other hand, many students distract themselves from study beacuse of such kind of long vacations and they may not be able to stay disciplend.
On the one hand, there are great values of having lenghthy days off from schools and childrens feels very happy about this. They can go to see their grandparents and enjoy their summer days and stay with them for longer time. Moreover, some of the students who are weak in their studies, have a golden time of vacations to overcome their flaws and could prepare theirselves more to become a brilliant student. Furthermore, girls stay at home and spend qualtiy time with her mothers they also learn cooking and felt very proud at that time. Ultimately, childs learn significant taks by staying at home for such a long time.
On the other hand, off from schools for many days could comes with few negatve key points as well. Firstly, childs may not behave disciplened at sometime because of their changed routine. They may not do their school work properly and lose their interest to go to school. Beyond this, youngsters felt bored by living in home all the time and cannot meet with their friends on daily basis.
To sum up, although long vacations comes with considerable happiness such as spending time with parents or grandparents, but it also makes students lazy and unmotivated.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt, discussing the value of long school holidays (such as family bonding and catching up on studies) and the arguments in favour of shorter ones (such as maintaining discipline and preventing boredom). However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited and repetitive. For instance, the points about children feeling happy or bored are mentioned multiple times without deep elaboration. Furthermore, there are several sweeping generalisations, such as 'girls stay at home and spend quality time with her mothers'. Nevertheless, a clear position is maintained throughout the essay. This performance aligns best with the Band 5 descriptor.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is divided into an introduction, two body paragraphs, and a conclusion, showing basic paragraphing structure. Cohesive devices are used to signal transitions, such as 'On the one hand', 'On the other hand', 'Furthermore', and 'To sum up'. However, referencing and logical progression are occasionally faulty. For example, the pronoun referencing is sometimes imprecise, as seen in 'girls stay at home and spend quality time with her mothers they also learn cooking and felt very proud at that time'. The flow between sentences can feel disjointed due to mechanical linking and awkward phrasing. These features fit the Band 5 level.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is adequate for communicating basic ideas, but the range is limited and contains numerous word-choice and collocation errors. Examples of awkward lexical choices include 'closed their schools', 'distract themselves from study', 'lenghthy days off', and 'negative key points'. There are also recurrent spelling errors throughout the text, such as 'beacuse', 'disciplend', 'lenghthy', 'childrens', 'prepeare', 'qualtiy', 'taks', 'comes', and 'negatve'. While the meaning is generally understandable, the frequency of errors restricts the lexical score to a Band 5.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but control over grammar is weak. There are frequent errors in verb tenses, subject-verb agreement, and article usage. Examples include 'In summer, various countries closed their schools' (inappropriate tense consistency), 'childrens feels', 'some of the students... have... could prepare theirselves', and 'long vacations comes'. Punctuation is also problematic, particularly with sentence boundaries and comma splices, such as in the opening sentence. Because errors are frequent and occasionally cause difficulty for the reader, this warrants a Band 5 score.
