Student answer (Band 5.5)

In majority of nations,Schools are closed for two or more months on summer vication for children who studying at primary or secondary level. Moreover some belived that this is a great in time for student to explore new area or skill, while other consider that it could harm by making them laze an dule.In this essay i will explain the significant of long break as benefits for gain new expreanceses and prespect of thoes who feel small holidayes are good.

The primary advantage of long breakes is individual can go through varouse activities to gain exprience and discover new location. This would increased confideance among themself , and learns about different cultures and peoples in different countries, but only when if they use in appropriately. For example, a whole family trip to different country, whould give the great expreances on time management, plaing, and bulid better communication skills. Therefor, free breakes are great when used it to bulid life lessons for future.

On the another hand there are few people how believed that shortes vecations are more then enough for students. that is because the coming future is depended on science enovation, creativity and knowledge that come through academic educatioin at scholles and university. So, providing with unneccesary long breakes may caused harm to their professional career at future. For instances, in many of professional fields such as doctor and engineer needs alot of degrees and qualification with acknowlegements by official authorities, and that can not possible unitle individual go through hardwork and consistance in study, hence long months off consider to be wast of times.

In conclusion, study in important and paly a crucial part for economic. Therefor young once's should make it regural , but it does not means that it do not provide with benefites that are understanding of world and environment awernes. I strongly believe that both notion have its role on pupile life, and their by the systematic path should followed.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

The response addresses all parts of the prompt, discussing both the value of long school holidays and the arguments in favour of shorter ones. The student establishes a clear position in the introduction and maintains it throughout the essay, concluding with a balanced view. Ideas are presented and supported with examples, such as family trips and the demands of academic and professional careers like medicine and engineering. However, some arguments lack full extension and are slightly repetitive. The development occasionally suffers from underdeveloped thoughts, placing the response at a Band 6 level for Task Achievement, as it covers all parts of the task relevantly though some points remain somewhat general.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The essay displays a coherent overall arrangement with a clear paragraph structure separating the introduction, the two body paragraphs, and the conclusion. However, cohesion is frequently faulty and mechanical. The student uses cohesive devices and transition markers such as 'Moreover', 'On the another hand', and 'Therefor', but spelling errors and awkward referencing detract from fluency. For example, 'On the another hand' contains a grammatical slip, and referencing within sentences is sometimes unclear, such as pronoun use referring back to previous nouns. Paragraphing is used sufficiently to structure the ideas, but the logical progression between sentences is occasionally hindered by mechanical linking. Overall, the organizational features adequately fit the Band 6 descriptor.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

The student attempts an adequate range of vocabulary suitable for the task, incorporating topic-related terms such as 'primary and secondary level', 'academic education', and 'professional career'. However, there is a high frequency of spelling errors and word choice inaccuracies throughout the text, including 'vication' instead of vacation, 'belived' instead of believed, 'laze an dule', 'significant' instead of significance, 'expreanceses', 'prespect', 'thoes', 'breakes', 'varouse', 'exprience', 'confideance', 'amongshelf', 'shortes', 'vecations', 'depended', 'enovation', 'scholles', 'unneccesary', 'caused', 'consistance', 'wast', 'regural', 'benefites', 'awernes', and 'pupile'. While communication is rarely impeded completely, the persistent spelling and lexical errors restrict the vocabulary score to Band 5.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The writer demonstrates a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, attempting relative clauses and conditional structures such as 'children who studying at primary or secondary level' and 'this would increased confideance among themself , and learns about different cultures... but only when if they use in appropriately.' There are numerous grammatical and punctuation errors throughout, including tense inconsistencies, missing auxiliary verbs, incorrect prepositions, and faulty subject-verb agreement. Examples include 'Schooles are closed', 'other consider that it could harm by making them laze', 'individuals can go through', 'providing with unneccesary long breakes may caused harm', and 'young once's'. These errors occur frequently and cause some difficulty for the reader, aligning the grammar score with Band 5.
