Student answer (Band 5.5)
In modern era, summer holidays had become similar in student's life. In multiple naitons, primary and secondary schools close around two months or it can be more in the summer vacation. This essay will articulate the answers of both the questions in forthcoming paragraph.
To begin with the predominent answer of the question, the value of school vacation for long time is students can explore many of the places where they want to go. To be more precise, they can get relaxed after completing their previous studies and they can complete there homeworks in their leisure time. For instance, my brother who had given their 12th board exam, he was getting very stressed about his result. But after enjoying summer vacation they get become freely minded. As a rseult, they can become strees and anxiety free from different upcoming obstacles.
To commence with the secondary answer of the question, there are multiple benefits of shorter school vacation for students. To elaborate further on this point, it can be a better impact on students of getting revised on lectures conducted in past. A clear example of this would be, my cousin who was weak in writing portion had joined writing academy in his school vacation in which he had improved lots of correction. Consequently, students can increase their vocabs and various types of skills during the summer vacation.
To recapitulate, the statement regarding school vacations during the summer had visualised lots of things. Though both the essays have there own merits. In my opinion, first answer of that question have the best choice for students which cannot be ignored.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both questions and give relevant examples: long holidays allow students to relax after exams, while shorter breaks may help them revise and develop skills. Your final preference for longer holidays is also stated. However, the discussion is only partly developed. The value of travel is mentioned but not explained with a specific example, and the point about completing homework does not clearly show why a long break is valuable. The case for shorter holidays focuses mainly on revision and one writing course, without explaining other arguments or weighing the benefits. Develop each main idea with a clear explanation and a relevant example, and make your position more consistent and precise throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a clear overall arrangement: an introduction, one paragraph for each question, and a conclusion. The reader can generally follow the progression from the benefits of long holidays to the case for shorter ones. You also use signposting such as “To begin with” and “To recapitulate.” However, these phrases sometimes sound formulaic, and the links between ideas within paragraphs are not always clear. For example, the move from relaxing after studies to completing homework needs a clearer explanation. References such as “both the essays” and “first answer” are also unclear. Use more direct topic sentences and connect each example explicitly to the point it supports.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You attempt a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “summer vacation,” “revised,” “lectures,” and “anxiety,” and the main ideas are usually understandable. However, noticeable spelling, word-form, and collocation errors reduce precision, as in “naitons,” “predominent,” “vocabs,” and “had improved lots of correction.” Some expressions are also unnatural, including “getting freely minded” and “the value of school vacation for long time.” These issues sometimes make the reader pause to interpret your meaning. Build accuracy by learning common word partnerships for education and holidays, and check spelling and word forms during revision. Aim for precise, natural phrasing rather than adding more difficult vocabulary.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use some longer sentence forms, including clauses introduced by “who” and “in which,” and you attempt to organise ideas with introductory phrases. However, the range is limited, and complex sentences are often not controlled accurately. Errors in tense, agreement, articles, and sentence construction appear in examples such as “my brother who had given their 12th board exam,” “they get become freely minded,” and “first answer … have the best choice.” These patterns can make relationships between ideas difficult to follow. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then combine them using relative clauses and conjunctions. Pay particular attention to matching subjects and verbs and keeping verb tenses consistent.
