The charts below give information about a public library in a town called Little Chalfont.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The charts illustrate about a public library in a town named Little Chalfont in the year 2007 to 2016.

Overall, adult fiction dominated the library loans by category, while the total annual number of loans experienced a general upward trend over the decade, despite some fluctuations.

Looking at the category breakdown, adult fiction accounted for the largest share at 38%, closely followed by adult non-fiction at 13%. Other categories made up smaller proportions, with young adults and adult audio books both at 2%, and children's DVDs making up just 1%. The remaining items (representing other genres or formats) combined to form the largest slice of the pie chart at 46%.

Regarding the total volume of loans, the figure stood at approximately 16,000 in 2007. This number steadily grew over the next four years, peaking at around 21,000 in 2011.
