Overall, adults aged 18–64 accounted for the largest proportion of library members, while fiction was the most commonly borrowed type of material. In addition, the total number of loans generally increased over the period, despite some fluctuations in the middle years.

In terms of age, adults between 18 and 64 represented the largest group of library members, at 51% of the total. Children accounted for 22%, while young adults aged 13–17 made up 15%. The smallest proportion was recorded among those aged 65 and over, at 12%. Regarding the types of materials borrowed, children's fiction and adult fiction were equally popular, each accounting for 38% of all loans. Together, these two categories represented more than three-quarters of the total. Adult non-fiction accounted for 13%, while children's non-fiction made up 6%. The remaining categories represented only 1–2% each.

The total number of loans showed an overall upward trend between 2007 and 2016. Starting at approximately 15,500 in 2007, the figure rose sharply to around 18,800 in 2008 and continued to increase, reaching about 21,000 in 2011. However, the number subsequently fell to approximately 19,500 in 2013. After that, it recovered steadily and reached a peak of roughly 21,500 loans in 2016.
