IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The charts below give information about a public library in a town called Little Chalfont.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

 

Student answer (Band 5.5)

The given pie chart and bar graph provide information about a public type of library, which located in a villaged named Little Chalfont.

The bar chart shows information about a amount of reading beetween 2007 and 2016. At the begining 2007 to the next few years graph has been looked very steady and balanced, without any significant changes. In comparison with other years 2007 had contained the least number of loans with over 16000 credit. After, in 2007 the number of accomodations have been sharply grow to an over 19000 and did not changed over one year.

In 2010 the total number of advance have been slightly increased to 21000, after this, the number of loans had neligly changed with some decline in 2013 and growth after in 2014. And after 9 years from the begining, the total number of loans has been hit to over 23000 visitors.

The pie chart shows the illustration of age of library members in 2016 and category of loans. There is over 51% of adults aged 18-64, in addition, over 38% of credits is "Adult fiction" category. After adults, children have been the second age group leader with over 22%, also "Children fiction" category is like "Adult fiction" with 38%.
