The charts below give information about a public library in a town called Little Chalfont.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie chart illustrates the proportions of different categories of users of a university library, while the table shows the percentage of users who were satisfied with various library services.

Overall, full-time undergraduate students made up the largest proportion of library users, whereas academic staff represented the smallest group. In terms of satisfaction, the majority of users were satisfied with the library services, with staff helpfulness receiving the highest rating. By contrast, the availability of journals and the reliability of Wi-Fi had the highest levels of dissatisfaction.

Looking first at the categories of users, full-time undergraduates accounted for 44% of all library users. Full-time postgraduates were the second-largest group, at 25%, followed by part-time postgraduates at 16%. Distance-learning students represented 8%, while academic staff made up the remaining 7%. Thus, students constituted the vast majority of library users.

Regarding satisfaction, 95% of users were very satisfied with the helpfulness of staff, while the remaining 5% were fairly satisfied and none were dissatisfied.
