IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The charts below give information about a public library in a town called Little Chalfont.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

 

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The given pie chart , table chart and bar graph illustrate the age of library members, category of loans and the total numers of loans from 2007 to 2016 of a public library in Little challfont town.

Overall, it is clear that the highest contribution in library had done by adults and almost same amount of people we tool loan in young adults and adult audio books. Although according top bar graph the amount of loans increased continously, but 2007 was the lowest loan taker year in all of the avobe.

In the case of library members age, more than 50% of them were adults. while people who were 65 years old were 12%. Children and teenagers numbers combined 34%. In the ctotal loans in each books category, was 2% equally by young adults adults and audio books joners. While the least numbers of loans counted 1% in children DVD's. 38% of children fiction and adult fiction books were took as lend in 2016 which is highest category. 13% loans shared by non-fiction.

On the hand, in 2007 only 15000 of loans were taken, which rose to more than 20000 by the end of 2016 respectivel
