The charts below give information about a public library in a town called Little Chalfont.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 6.0)
The charts provide information regarding the age of library members, loan's categories, and total number of loans in lottle Chalfont town.
Overall, it is evident that adults 18-64 had the most popular library members, while fewer adult 65+ age people was least common. Meanwhile, large proportion of loans take children's fiction and adult fictionand total number of loans increased gradually from 2007 to 2016.
according to library member, adults 18-64 was most common library members at 51%, followed by children at 22%. Young adults 13-17 and adults 65+ made up at 15% and 12%, respectively.
Turning to loan's categories, children and adult fiction take large amount of loans at 38%, while children's DVDs and young adult at only 1% and 2%, respectively. Other categories such as children's non-fiction and adult non-fiction represented at 6% and 13%, respectively.
Regarding the total member of loans, at around 16000 people take loans in 2007, which increased dramatically after 2011 at roughly 21000 of people received loans. In addition, then this chart showed a fluctuation pattern between 2011 and 2016.
