The below given figures illustrates data of a local library in a little chalfont, since the year 2007 to 2016.
overall the piechart given values based on age group of library members which categorized in children, young adult (13 to 17),adult with age between 18-64 and adults over 65,here its very clear the adults with age (18 to 64) is having most access to libraries ,where if we look on the given table where children fiction and adult fiction is having highest number of loan by category on the other hand a glance at graph shows 2016 is having hightest total number of loans
The piechart demonstrates the comparison between different age groups where adults with age in between 18 to 64 is having major access to library and also if we compare with total loans by category adult ficition shows 38% apart from this childrens are the second most visited at the library with 22% of access shown in figure also if check loans by category in children fiction the percentage comes equal with adult fiction.if we keep look at the young adults not have a major access but still charts present ratio of 15% also there loans by category shows 2%and at last adults over 65 having mostly simlar ratio in compare with young adult
A glance provided at graph illustrates comparison among year 2007 to 2016 total number of loans where in the starting line graph show very low number which is around 16,000 and its drastically got sharply edge up till 2011 at 21000 which is a sharp inclienment and after 2013 numbers got dropped till 2013 but in 2014 observed again rose in loans till 2016

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You cover all three visuals and identify several important features: adults aged 18–64 form the largest membership group, fiction accounts for the largest loan shares, and loans peak in 2016. The figures of 51%, 38% and 22% are reported accurately. However, some comparisons are unclear or incomplete. For example, the description of the loan trend says numbers dropped “after 2013” but does not clearly state that they fell from 2011 to 2013, then rose through 2016. The claim that the opening figure is “very low” is also imprecise, and the overview could more clearly summarise the overall pattern across all charts. Develop the trend and the smaller loan categories more precisely to make the report more complete.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: it introduces the visuals, discusses membership and loan categories, and then turns to the line graph. This gives the reader a basic route through the information. However, the first two paragraphs repeat points about adult membership and fiction loans, while long sentences joined by “where,” “also” and “if” make relationships between ideas difficult to follow. The final paragraph’s sequence is especially unclear: “after 2013 numbers got dropped till 2013” repeats the year rather than explaining the decline from 2011 to 2013. Use separate paragraphs for the overview and each chart, and connect comparisons with precise transitions such as “by contrast” or “thereafter.”
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant chart vocabulary, including “percentage,” “ratio,” “total number of loans” and “rose,” so the topic is generally understandable. However, the range is limited and several choices are inaccurate or unnatural, which sometimes makes the meaning difficult to interpret. For instance, “major access” does not clearly describe the largest share of members, and “sharp inclienment” is not an appropriate expression for an increase. There are also repeated forms such as “glance,” “shows” and “having,” alongside spelling errors including “ficition,” “simlar” and “hightest.” Build a more precise set of trend and comparison terms, and check spelling and collocations before submitting.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt longer sentences and some subordinate clauses, showing an effort to vary sentence structure. However, many sentences are difficult to follow because of errors in agreement, articles, verb forms and punctuation. For example, “The below given figures illustrates” has a subject–verb agreement problem, while “adults … is having” uses an incorrect verb form and agreement. Several sentences run together without clear punctuation, particularly the long sentence beginning “The piechart demonstrates.” Capitalisation is also inconsistent, as in “overall” after the opening sentence. Practise writing shorter, complete sentences first, then combine ideas using controlled clauses. Check that each subject matches its verb and use past tense consistently when describing the 2007–2016 data.
