Looking at the pie chart adults age group of 18 -64 represented the highest propotion which was 51 and the least category is of adults 65 and over accounted for 12. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You cover all three visuals and give a relevant overview: adults aged 18–64 are the largest membership group, fiction categories share the highest loan proportion, and loans rise overall. However, some details are inaccurate or incomplete. The two fiction categories each account for 38%, not 28%, and the final loan total is about 21,700 rather than near 23,000. The overview’s claim of an upward trend is valid, but the graph also fluctuates after 2011, which your description only mentions vaguely. You report the membership figures and the lowest DVD share, but could compare the other loan categories and describe the later changes more precisely. This relevant coverage, alongside uneven accuracy and development, fits the response.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, an overview, and separate paragraphs for the charts. This helps the reader identify which visual is being discussed, and transitions such as “Looking at” and “Moving further” signal progression. However, the flow is weakened by awkward or incomplete connections, including “The least loans / Taken by the children DVDs,” which breaks a sentence across lines, and “Till 2011 it shows slightly upward trend,” which does not clearly connect the time period to the figures. Some linking phrases are repetitive or mechanical. Improve progression by grouping related comparisons within complete paragraphs and using clear references, especially when moving from the 2011 peak to the subsequent fluctuations.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

You use some task-appropriate vocabulary, including “accounted for,” “represented,” “fluctuations,” and “upward trend,” so the main information is generally understandable. However, the range and control are uneven: “highest data” is an imprecise collocation for a percentage, and “the least category” is less natural than language describing the smallest share. There are also noticeable spelling errors, such as “propotion,” “diffrent,” and “remaing,” which reduce accuracy. Repeated use of “shows” and “represented” also limits flexibility. Aim for precise chart language such as “accounted for,” “stood at,” and “declined,” and check spelling and word forms carefully.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including contrast with “However” and a relative clause in “the children fiction and adult fiction made up highest data which was 28%.” Nevertheless, sentence control is inconsistent. The opening contains fragments and faulty punctuation: “The pie chart illustrates … members.while” and “whereas, the bar graph…” The phrase “adults age group … represented” lacks a possessive form, while “Till 2011 it shows” shifts awkwardly between past and present tense. Missing articles and sentence boundaries also appear in “reached the point approximately 21000.then the fluctuations.” Use complete sentences, maintain past tense for the 2007–2016 data, and check articles, possessives, and punctuation.
