The illustration gives information about the mean ratio of three types of nutrients in food whom overuse is considered unhealthy.
Overall, sodium and saturated fat are maximum consumed in dinner while added sugar are available in high ratio among snack.
It is quite evident from the pie charts that Sodium is maximum 43% in dinner and then 29% in lunch, while snack and breakfast have same ratio of sodium which is 14%. Similarly, saturated fats
