The charts below show the average percentages in typical meals of three types of nutrients, all of which may be unhealthy if eaten too much.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Average percentages of sodium, saturated fats and added sugars in typical meals consumed in the USA
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The presented pie charts illustrates the average percentiles in typical meals of three types of nutrients like sodium,saturated fat and sugar which may be unhealthy if we eaten it in a huge amount.
Overall,after the deep analysis we can seen that in the given pie charts in dinner time we mostly consumed sodium at a dinner time which wich were 43% and absorbed suger during ate snakes which were 42% of the totall nutrients.
To initiate with,when consumers ate snackes they obsessed 14% sodium,21% saturated fat and suger these were very unhealty for us.During breakfast masses engrossed 14% sodium,16% saturated fat and 16% sugar.
Furthermore,lunch time we absorbed 29% sodium,26% saturated fatand 19% sugar.At the end at night during dinner we preoccupied 43% sodium,37% saturated fat and 23% suge.When we take these nutrients these caused some serious health issues and some time it also caused wasy of death.So, we do not engrossed in a large amount.
