The pie charts illustrate the average percentage in typical meal of three different type of nutrient, if it is eaten in large quantity .
overall , it is be seen there are three main nutrients, such as, sodium which have a large quantity in dinner, while saturated fat have a low quantity as compare to ones, rather sugar have a least quantity in dinner . all have different quantity and different nutrients .
Snacks and breakfast have a stable quantity as compare to saturated fat it increase about 21% in snacks and 16% in breakfast, as compared added sugar have a huge quantity, it raise slightly 42% and breakfast remain same, as compare to lunch it is about 29%, although it decrease slowly downwards amd again it decrease in large quantity it is about 19%. comparing between saturated fat and sugar they have a stable breakfast quantity ,
