The charts below show the average percentages in typical meals of three types of nutrients, all of which may be unhealthy if eaten too much.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)
The pie charts illustrate proportions of four different meals in three types of nutrients recorded in the USA.
Overall, all the three nutrients are almost equally consumed as a breakfast. Meanwhile, the snack contributes differently for each nutrient type.
From the first chart, Sodium intake is majorly fulfilled through dinner by around 43%. The lunch contributes by 29%, whereas breakfast and snack contributed by 14% only.
On observing second chart, almost same trend is visible. Here, dinner playes the vital role for fulfilling demand of Saturated fat by 37%, followed by lunch by 26%. However, snack and breakfast play role for the nutrient fullfillment by 21% and 16% respectively.
From the last pie-chart, a different distribution of meals can be seen for fulfillments of added sugar. Most of this nutrient is obtained from snack(42%). In contrast other meals play little contribution, dinner by 23%, lunch by 19% and finally, breakfast by 16%.
