The charts below show the average percentages in typical meals of three types of nutrients, all of which may be unhealthy if eaten too much.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.0)
The given charts ilustrate, the average percentage of sodium, saturated fats and sugar added in typical meals consumed in the USA.
To begin with, there are four different meals of a day which eaten by public of the USA. Every meal contained nuetrients according to its consumtion while eating to much, may be unhealty.
Overall, there are three nutrients in every meal along with breakfast, sanks, lunch and dinner. Furthermore, the amount of sodium was maximum in dinner as compared to lunch. In snaks, the percentage remains same along with breakfast. On the other hand, the amount of saturated fats in breakfast is 16%. However its drastically increased in dinner. Lunch and snacks contained same amount of fats with minnor difference. In addition, sugar was mostly noticed in snacks in contrast to lunch, whereas dinner carried 23% and lunch had 19%. The percentage of all nutrients are balanced if anyone ate more then this its may be harmfull.
