According to the charts the diagram show the average of breakfast, dinner and lunch and snack.
The first chart show the percentage of sodium in breakfast 14% and the same percentage of snack.Next percentage of lunch is 29% and the last is dinner 43%.The second chart of saturated fat is snack 21% and breakfast is16% and the percentage of lunch and dinner iis 26% and 37%. the third chart show the average of Added sugar in breakfast is 16% and lunch 19% and dinner is 23% and the last and big percantage is snack is 42%.
