Student answer (Band 4.0)
The charts below show the average percentages of three types of nutrients and also explain the features and shown the percentages of three nutrients which is healthy for health or which is harmful for health.
The information given by chat that percentage of soduim, saturated fat
Added sugar. These are the three nutrients. The comparison which make sense like sodium having less percentage as compared to saturated fat
or Added sugar.Because in soduim snacks having 14 percent and saturated fat having 21 percent or Added sugar having 42 percent in these case soduim is not harmful for health as compared to Saturated fat or Added sugar.Breakfast having 14 percent but satureted having 16 percent or Added sugar also having 16 percent same like satureted .But not in all sense sodium is better in some others like satureted fat is better than others but overall sodium is much better to others two nutrients and Sodium is not harmful for health.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
The response only minimally addresses the prompt, earning a band four. While the student attempts to discuss the charts concerning sodium, saturated fat, and added sugar, the information is largely inaccurate and confused. The text contains inaccurate interpretations of the data, such as claiming that 'soduim is not harmful for health,' which contradicts the premise of the task prompt stating that all three nutrients may be unhealthy if eaten too much. Furthermore, there is no clear overview of the main features or systematic comparison of the data across the four meal times. Ideas are presented in a very restricted and confused manner, lacking the selection and reporting required for Task 1.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 3.5
Information and ideas are not arranged cohesively, resulting in a band three point five. The text lacks logical organisation and progression. There is a complete absence of appropriate paragraphing, with the entire response crammed into two unstructured blocks. Cohesive devices are either missing or misused, with repetitive and mechanical transitional phrases such as 'The comparison which make sense like' and 'But not in all sense.' The relationships between sentences and ideas are frequently unclear, making it very difficult for the reader to follow the flow of information or discern a logical structure.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
The vocabulary used is basic and repetitive, reflecting a band four point five. The student relies heavily on simple, elementary terms and repeats words like 'nutrients,' 'sodium,' 'saturated fat,' and 'added sugar' constantly. There are frequent spelling errors, such as 'soduim' and 'satureted,' alongside word choice and collocation inaccuracies. The limited control over word forms and spelling strains the reader and impedes clear communication, preventing the response from reaching a higher lexical band.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
Grammar and sentence structures are very limited, corresponding to a band four point five. The writing contains frequent grammatical errors that distort meaning and cause difficulty for the reader. There are severe issues with subject-verb agreement and clause structure, such as 'percentage of soduim, saturated fat Added sugar. These are the three nutrients' and 'snacks having 14 percent.' Complex sentence forms are attempted awkwardly with poor subordination, and punctuation is largely neglected or used incorrectly throughout the entire response.
