IELTS Writing Task 2 question

Some people have decided to reduce the number of times they fly every year or to stop flying altogether.

Do you think the environmental benefits of this development outweigh the disadvantages for individuals and businesses?

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Student answer (Band 4.0)

As we can see that some people are against to the number of times they fly every single year and they want to stop flying altogether.

Mostly people use planes to fly from one place to another to reduce there time by using roads paths it is completely useful to people to save time by using airplanes.

Now a planes fly in the air it cannot cause any effects on environmental. It seems like a huge bird is flying in the air. The benefit of aircrafts to safe people time and people can easily travel to long distance place.

As we can see most to private planes of some kind of rich businessman fly in the air which consist only few people to fly in the air and if this type of aircraft get reduce so we can see only few airplanes in the air. People can travel in a same plane and it is more effective to the environment> WE can reduce noise pollution because many airplanes contain big engins which produce noise at a higher level.

People should compromise and travel in a same aircraft and reduce traveling in different kind of planes. If to many aircraft start flying in the air it can cause different kind of distructions like the pathways of the aircraft become smaller and we can see two planes moving in different direction and comming near to eachother can cause a big distruction if they got a little to closer they can colaps
