Student answer (Band 5.0)
In the recent era of growing climate awareness, to prevent the number of times, few things are more crucial than the environmental benefits of this development. In many developed and developing countries, a substantial amount of money and effort is allocated to environmental programs, as it often necessitates the use of various resources such as technology, international expertise, research centres, and monitoring systems. Nowadays, many would agree that contemporary society has transcended its traditional boundaries and will soon become boundless in its pursuit of environmental reduction for the enrichment of individuals and businesses. Nevertheless, I firmly believe that environmental facilities of reducing their fly times all the year and relief flying altogether has both positive and negative impact for business and residents.
Naturally, solving environmental problems in the form of development is considered more essential for both local people and bussiness it is creates inexhaustible facilities for living standards that are not available from other sources. Moreover, this demonstrates unparalleled benefits for citizens and also businesses, it is permeating and enhancing every conceivable sector of society. Since people seek development and fulfillment through the prevent flying altogether it imperative to elevate modern living standards; is adopted by governments and individuals alike, many people stand to benefit significantly. In nations such as Paris, climate agreement, for instance, have emerged as pivotal models for uniting nations and delivering enhanced environmental protections.
On the other hand, there are several issues with reducing flying altogether solely on global solutions that make us to consider alternatives. Under certain circumstances, governments shy away from international cooperation due to a range of challenges, such as national interests, financial limitations, political disagreements, and unequal responsibilities among countries. While global agreements are widely embraced, many developing nations frequently contend with profound resource shortages and domestic pressures when striving to implement international commitments. Therefore, the notion of stop flying altogether benefits for individuals and businesses is not always appealing but remains understandable.
In conclusion, it is the responsibility of governments to evaluate the role of environmental benefits to deremine whether depending exclusively on one approach will do more harm than good. Thus, it is evident that fostering an interest in this, where nations address domestic environmental issues while participating in global solutions, is far more beneficial.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response attempts to address the prompt regarding the environmental benefits of reducing air travel compared to disadvantages for individuals and businesses, but it suffers from significant irrelevance and confusion regarding the core topic. Instead of focusing directly on aviation, the student frequently drifts into vague discussions of general environmental development, international climate agreements, and technology. The position is somewhat unclear due to convoluted phrasing, such as 'environmental facilities of reducing their fly times all the year and relief flying altogether'. While ideas are presented in each paragraph, they are poorly developed and lack specific, relevant examples related to travel reduction. Consequently, this performance aligns most closely with Band 5, as the task is only partially addressed and the arguments are underdeveloped or unclear.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is divided into four paragraphs, showing a clear attempt at a standard essay structure with an introduction, two body paragraphs, and a conclusion. However, the progression of ideas is frequently disrupted by awkward transitions and confusing logic, making it difficult to follow the writer's line of reasoning. Cohesive devices are used, but often inappropriately or mechanically, such as 'Nevertheless' and 'Therefore', which do not accurately signal the logical relationship between sentences. Referencing is also imprecise, leading to ambiguity in sentences like 'make us to consider alternatives'. Paragraphing is present, but internal cohesion is weak. This corresponds to a Band 5 descriptor where organisation is present, but clear overall progression is lacking.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The student attempts to use a varied vocabulary, including academic-style terms such as 'allocated', 'transcended', 'inexhaustible', and 'pivotal'. However, there is a lack of control and precision in word choice and collocation. Phrasing such as 'prevent the number of times', 'relief flying altogether', and 'bussiness it is creates' indicates a limited understanding of how these words function in context. There are also noticeable repetition and word-formation errors, such as 'stop flying altogether benefits'. While the vocabulary is minimally adequate to convey a rough meaning, the frequent misuse of terms prevents it from reaching a higher band. This represents a solid Band 5 performance for lexical resource.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay displays an attempt at complex sentence structures, including subordinate clauses and conditional constructions. However, these attempts are frequently faulty and fraught with grammatical errors. Examples of structural breakdowns include 'since people seek development and fulfillment through the prevent flying altogether it imperative to elevate modern living standards; is adopted by governments...' and 'make us to consider alternatives'. Punctuation errors, incorrect verb forms, and missing prepositions are widespread throughout the text. Although simple structures occasionally appear with greater accuracy, the high frequency of grammatical errors causes difficulty for the reader and prevents the response from achieving a Band 6. Thus, a Band 5 is appropriate.
