Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

The response addresses all parts of the task by discussing both the environmental benefits and the disadvantages for individuals and businesses. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited and repetitive. For instance, the discussion on business impacts mentions that 'one wrong move can intrupt business dealings which leading to huge business loss,' but this point is not fully extended with strong, specific examples. The position is generally clear throughout the essay, though the concluding paragraph merely restates the prompt rather than synthesizing the main arguments effectively. Overall, the task is addressed adequately, fitting the criteria for Band 6, where relevant ideas are presented but remain somewhat under-developed.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The essay displays a coherent overall arrangement with a clear paragraph-by-paragraph structure, including an introduction, body paragraphs addressing different aspects, and a conclusion. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'Additionally,' 'However,' and 'Furthermore,' but they are sometimes mechanical or awkwardly placed, as seen in phrases like 'Thus, these things will be discussed in this essay.' Referencing is occasionally unclear, such as the ambiguous pronoun use in 'For those people they are much independent with aeroplane.' Paragraphing is used sufficiently to separate the introduction, body points, and conclusion, but internal paragraph cohesion could be improved for smoother progression.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

The vocabulary used is adequate for the task, allowing the writer to communicate basic ideas about travel, business, and the environment. However, there are noticeable lexical inaccuracies and awkward word choices, such as 'took decision,' 'transportation mode' instead of 'modes of transport,' 'People loose their fastest mode' where 'lose' is misspelled, and 'poor business deals via video call without plan.' Attempts to use less common vocabulary sometimes result in unnatural collocations. Spelling errors like 'intrupt' and 'empolyees' also occur. These errors do not seriously impede communication, but they restrict the lexical score to Band 5.5.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, demonstrating some variety in structure. However, grammatical accuracy is inconsistent. There are several noticeable errors, such as tense and verb form issues ('Some people took decision that they will decrease'), missing articles ('helps to save money of the citizens'), and faulty relative or participial clauses ('which leading to huge business loss'). While simple sentences are generally controlled, attempts at more complex structures frequently result in grammatical slips. These errors can cause occasional difficulty for the reader, placing the grammar performance firmly within the Band 5 range.
