Student answer (Band 5.0)
Nowadays, people travel more comparing to the past. Some people belive that, fly if its really neceesary. Because, It will be benefits to the envirnmental if you try to reduce the flying or stop flying.
The first imporatant advantage , If less aeroplane flyes in the air will save the a lot fuel. As we know fuel is really expensive because of the war going on. Instead of, 20 to 30 people flies in one plane they should reduce the flight service and make 70-80 people flies in the same plane.
The another reason is, If we flies less or stop they can spent their time with family. And, they can use remaining time in other task or activity. For example, My uncle work for abroad comoany. He have face to face meeting once a month. So, he have to travel every month. Instead of that, if they allow virtual meeting it is best for everyone. Such as, company save the travel money and accomodation. M y uncle can spend remains time with the family. And, best part we can save fuel.
The disadvantage of less plane flies, the big flying company strated loosing the money on it. Companies are popular because they have so many plane services in next hours. For instance, Ryanairline have each airplane they flies to different city in next 3 hours. This airline is popular because of flying service and how frequesnt they are. So, passanger flies based on there requirement.
In conclusion, evironmental benefits if this development is outweigh than the disadvantage of businesses. Less flying will help the environment, sometimes to that person's family and company too.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
The response addresses all parts of the prompt, discussing both the environmental benefits and the disadvantages for businesses and individuals, thus taking a clear position. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited and repetitive. For instance, the point about saving fuel is mentioned multiple times rather than expanded with deeper arguments. While the ideas are relevant, they remain underdeveloped in places, such as the brief mention of Ryanairline to illustrate business disadvantages. This places the response comfortably at Band 5.0, as it addresses the task and forms a clear position, but lacks the depth and extension required for a higher band score.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The essay displays some overall organization, with an introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion. However, the logical progression is frequently disrupted by awkward referencing and mechanical cohesive devices. Sentences and paragraphs often feel disjointed, as seen in transitions like 'The another reason is' and 'The disadvantage of less plane flies'. Paragraphing is attempted, but internal paragraph cohesion is weak, and repetitive phrasing hinders smooth reading. There is also no clear overarching progression between ideas. These features align closely with Band 5.0, where organization is present but overall progression lacks clarity and cohesion is frequently faulty.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is limited and basic, but it remains minimally adequate for the task. The student attempts some less common vocabulary items, such as 'environmental benefits' and 'virtual meeting', but these are accompanied by noticeable errors in word choice and spelling, such as 'neceesary', 'envirnmental', 'imporatant', 'comoany', and 'strated'. Furthermore, terms are often misused or awkwardly translated, such as 'plane flies' instead of 'flights'. Despite these flaws, the intended meaning is usually retrievable, which is characteristic of Band 5.0, reflecting a limited range and frequent errors that occasionally cause difficulty for the reader.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but many of the complex structures are faulty. Examples include 'If less aeroplane flyes in the air will save the a lot fuel' and 'Instead of, 20 to 30 people flies in one plane they should reduce the flight service'. Frequent grammatical errors, particularly with subject-verb agreement, verb tenses, articles, and prepositions, are present throughout the text. While these errors can cause some difficulty for the reader, communication is generally maintained. This performance corresponds to Band 5.0, which features a limited range of structures and frequent errors in complex forms.
