Student answer (Band 5.5)
Some individuals state that they may have fewer globetrotting trips to some extents, due to the fact that they may engage less in travelling activities in the upcoming years or completely stop journey's by planes. In this essay, I shall discuss both merits and demerits with suitable reasons.
To begin with, a handful of citizens claim that they have reduced their overall annual foreign trips which is a beneficial step to ecosystem preservance. Furthermore, when airplanes fly in the air they emit carbon particles from the engines which become source of air pollution. This would not only be benficial for the ecosystem but also for the pateints who suffer due to environmentally polluted ailments. A prime instance are those asthmatic pateints who feel better when they find less hazardous particles in the air.
In addition, this practice also has some drawbacks which are for country's economy;likewise, when bussinessmen shut their all foreign trips than they have less prospects to engage with the global clients, in this way this directly effects the economy of one's country because these countries do not capable to recieve international sum in their own accounts. On the other hand, it would also has some inapprropriate impacts on cabin crews. A prime instance are those workers who lose their jobs because specific companies are unable to afford them due to short annually trips.
To put it briefly, from my perspective, although less trips of airplanes prove beneficial for the ecosystem because it reduces air pollution to a certain extent but it effects the economies of different countries to a substantial extent. That is why we can articulate that this behaviour has more demerits than merits.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
The response addresses all parts of the task, presenting a position throughout and offering ideas on both the environmental benefits and the disadvantages for individuals and businesses. However, the development of these ideas is uneven. While the environmental argument includes some explanation regarding carbon emissions and health benefits, the points regarding economic consequences and job losses for cabin crews remain somewhat under-developed and lack extension. The conclusion clearly summarises your perspective that the disadvantages outweigh the merits, keeping the response relevant to the prompt while meeting the core requirements for this level.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The essay demonstrates a coherent overall arrangement with a clear attempt at logical progression. Paragraphing is used sufficiently to separate the introduction, body paragraphs, and conclusion, while transitional markers like 'To begin with', 'In addition', and 'To put it briefly' guide the reader through the structure. However, cohesion is sometimes mechanical or slightly awkward, such as the referencing and linking in 'which are for country's economy;likewise, when bussinessmen shut their all foreign trips than they have less prospects'. A half-band level is achieved here because, while the organisational framework is clear and logical overall, referencing and cohesive devices occasionally lack precision and fluency.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is adequate for the task, though the range is limited and contains noticeable errors. You attempt some less common items such as 'ecosystem preservance', 'globetrotting trips', and 'environmentally polluted ailments', but these reveal issues with word choice, collocation, and word formation. There are also spelling errors like 'benficial', 'pateints', and 'bussinessmen', alongside awkward phrasing such as 'short annually trips'. While communication is generally maintained despite these slips, the frequent inaccuracies in lexical selection and spelling prevent the writing from reaching a higher band.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The writing displays a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, attempting structures like 'due to the fact that they may engage less...'. However, there are frequent errors in grammar, punctuation, and article usage, such as missing plural markers or incorrect prepositions, seen in expressions like 'stop journey's by planes', 'effects the economy', and 'it would also has some inapprropriate impacts'. While these errors do not completely obscure your overall meaning, they occur regularly throughout the text. The command of grammar sits firmly within this band due to the persistence of inaccurate complex structures and minor agreement issues.
