Student answer (Band 5.5)

It is argued that some individuals have choosen to take few flight each year or to completely decline the travelling via flight. This movement can provide better effects in envrionment However, it can affect the global business and some people who frequently visit aboard for work. From my prespective, I believe this initiative can outweigh individual and firm problems faced by it because it prevent us to consume less non renewable source of energy which may leads to pollutions and people can contribute to this step by reducing the flying numbers in year.

One strong argument for limiting the travelling by aeroplane or totally stopping it can impact the nature in positive way. Aerople utilize fuel which is non-renewable source of energy like petrol, desiel and kerosene. Consequently, various pollution occurs that effect the envrionment badly such as air pollution and sound pollution. For example, petrol used in vehicle can emit carbon in form of smoke after burning which can affect the climate. Therefore, if human tends to limits the travelling via aeroplane or any other vehicle then it can linked to heath of nature.

On the otherhand, many people and businesses get affected by this movement because global marketing require products from international route and one of the main route is by air. As a result, international business owner have to face some difficulties if they obey to travel less via plane. For example, a native clay art from India loved by a foriengner in social media and he want to purchase it then a clay owner deliever it through aeroplane but if he cannot made it then he has to faced loss in his business. Simply, some business owner and their business get affect by taking this decision.

In conclusion, pollution can be reduced by some people decision on not travelling through air or completely avoiding it but some person finds it harder to take that decision as they get disadvantages by it.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You address both sides of the question and state a position: you believe the environmental benefits outweigh the problems for individuals and firms. The discussion of aircraft fuel and pollution is relevant, and you also recognise that air travel supports international business. However, the comparison is not fully developed. The environmental example shifts to fuel used in any vehicle, rather than showing the specific impact of reducing flights, while the clay-art example focuses on delivery and does not clearly explain the effect on business or why air travel is necessary. The conclusion restates the contrast but does not reinforce why the benefits outweigh the disadvantages. Develop each example and make the weighing of the two sides more explicit.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a clear overall arrangement: an introduction, one paragraph on environmental benefits, one on disadvantages, and a conclusion. This makes the main line of discussion easy to identify. You also use signposting such as “Consequently,” “On the other hand,” and “In conclusion.” However, some links are mechanical or do not show the relationship precisely. For instance, “Therefore” introduces a broad claim about nature’s health, and “Simply” repeats the preceding point rather than advancing it. Some references are also unclear, including “it” in “this initiative can outweigh individual and firm problems faced by it.” Use clearer references and connect each example directly to the claim it supports to make progression smoother.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “non-renewable source of energy,” “air pollution,” “international business,” and “global marketing.” These choices show an effort to discuss environmental and commercial effects. However, the range is limited by repeated or imprecise wording, such as “movement,” “decision,” and “affect,” and several word-choice or spelling errors make parts less natural: “choosen,” “envrionment,” “desiel,” and “foriengner.” Some collocations are also awkward, for example “global marketing require products from international route” and “native clay art.” Aim for accurate topic-specific phrases and check spelling and word forms. More precise vocabulary would help distinguish emissions from aircraft, business travel, and air freight.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You use both simple sentences and attempts at longer structures, including a conditional idea beginning “if human tends to limits…” and a result clause with “As a result.” However, complex sentences are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to follow. Examples include “some individuals have choosen to take few flight,” “it prevent us,” and “international business owner have to face,” where verb forms, agreement, articles, or plurals are not controlled. The sentence beginning “For example, a native clay art…” also shifts between “he,” “owner,” and “it,” making the structure hard to track. Practise building accurate sentences with one main clause and a subordinate clause, then check subject–verb agreement, articles, and consistent pronouns.
