Student answer (Band 5.5)
Due to many environmental factors, many people have decided to reduce their number of times they fly. I also agree that this development may increase environmental advantages which outweigh the disadvantages for bussinesses.
Most people have started to reduce to fly more times in one year. They believe that aeroplans and private plans have lot of fuel consumption. This consumption of fuel is resulting fuel shortage for other impertant flights. So, they started to save fuel for important works. Moreover, many bussiness man choose road vehicles instead of luxury and expensive flights. Most of them use public transport or their own vehicles for bussiness trips because these are cost effective. For instance, Many american businessmans use their own cars instead of private jets. They believe that these vehicles has low environmental damages rather than plans. furthermore, these vehicles do not require sufficient quantity of fuel.
I strongly believe that environmental benefits of this development outweigh the disadvantages. Many individuals prefer online meetings over physical meetings. Physical meetings require time and more traveling expenses. They believe that online meetings would save environment pollution because they are not using any vehicle or plan for traveling. Moreover, Due to increasing in flight tickets prices, many citizens started to travel by roads. Most of them use electric vehicles for traveling because these vehicles have no environment pollution. For example, most People in china are using electric vehicles. As china is manufactoring large quantity of electrical vehicles, so these are very cheap in local market. Moreover, these are pollution free.
To sum up, People are used cars and public transport rather than private jets for business meetings and dail tasks. They save fuel and road vehicles have less enviroment pollution.
Altough, there are many disadvatages for individuals and businesses, while these outwigh by environmental benefits. they prefer online meeting over phyical business meetings which reduce cost of flights and save environment.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You give a clear overall view that the environmental benefits outweigh the disadvantages, and you offer relevant points about online meetings, reduced travel costs and electric vehicles. However, the response only partly develops the comparison asked for: the disadvantages to individuals and businesses are mentioned mainly as costs or time, without explaining their wider effects, such as reduced access to distant markets or family travel. Some support is also unclear—for example, the claim that fuel use causes a shortage for “other important flights” is not explained. The examples about American businesspeople and Chinese electric vehicles help illustrate your points, but need more precise links to the question. Develop both sides more fully and explain why the environmental gains are more significant.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion, and the main position is generally identifiable. Paragraphs also group related ideas, such as fuel use and alternatives to flying. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow: the first body paragraph moves from fuel consumption to fuel shortages and then to business travel without clearly showing how each point connects. Linking words such as “Moreover” are repeated, and “So” and “Furthermore” do not always establish a clear relationship between ideas. The conclusion repeats earlier points rather than bringing the comparison together, and its opening “Although” clause is not smoothly connected to the following sentence. Use clearer topic sentences and more precise links between claims and examples.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “fuel consumption,” “environmental benefits,” “online meetings” and “electric vehicles,” so the reader can follow the general subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or repetitive, which sometimes makes meaning less clear. Examples include “reduce to fly more times,” “save environment pollution,” and “environmental damages”; these do not express the intended ideas naturally. Spelling errors such as “bussiness,” “aeroplans,” “impertant” and “manufactoring” are also noticeable. Aim for more precise phrases and check spelling carefully. For example, distinguish between reducing the frequency of flights and replacing flights with other forms of travel.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a reason clause beginning “because” and a concession in the conclusion. However, the range is limited, and errors in sentence construction, verb forms, agreement and articles occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to read. For example, “Most people have started to reduce to fly more times” has an incorrect verb pattern, while “these vehicles has low environmental damages” has faulty subject–verb agreement. The final lines also contain an incomplete or poorly connected construction: “Although, there are many disadvantages … while these outweigh…” Practise accurate patterns such as “reduce the number of flights,” and check that each sentence has a complete main clause, consistent agreement and appropriate punctuation.
