Student answer (Band 5.0)

Nowadays, the number fo the people prefer not to do journy throw the flight. Because they think with that they save the environment and save fuel or resources to create plains or helicoptors. While, I believe that they some how they prevent the environment but at some point they loose their precious time.

Globally, people usally avoid to travel through the plains and prefer to travel with another transport facilities. On the one hand, they save nature without taking fly by themselves or with their family. But in the end they some how used another amities for reach their destination they harm nature by using vehicals. I think, people should understande the proper positives and negativies of flys, so they choose better option for travel.

On the other hand, some individuals argue that, flights harm birds or consume more resource then other do. But, they did't have proper knowledge about setuations. Plains always fly in the zone where most of the birds not availabel. I agree that , its harm by consuming high amount of natural resources, while is also help people to save their time. In my opinion, the time is most precious thing that humans have. Moreover, with modern tech researchers try to develop electric plains which is used electricity to fly and even also left heavy weights. So, the point is travelling through flight may have disadvantages, but it not outweighs the advantages.

In conclusion, people with lesser knowledge about environmental issues, which is scienties and new genration always try to resolve. They avoid flying for prevent environment and harm nature through another transport, so they waste their time. In my perspactive time is more important then any another thing and the travelling through flight is have more advantages then their disadvantages.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You give a recognisable opinion: you acknowledge that flying consumes resources, but conclude that its time-saving benefits are more important. This responds to the comparison in the question, and the reference to alternative transport also shows an attempt to consider environmental effects. However, the discussion only partly addresses the task because the disadvantages for businesses are not considered, and the environmental benefits of reducing flights are not explained in a focused way. Claims such as planes avoiding areas where birds are present and electric planes being developed are asserted rather than supported or connected clearly to the question. Develop both sides with specific consequences for individuals and businesses, then explain why one side outweighs the other.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a basic essay structure, with an introduction, separate body paragraphs and a conclusion. Phrases such as “On the one hand” and “On the other hand” signal a contrast, and the final paragraph restates your position. However, progression is uneven: the first body paragraph shifts from avoiding flights to using other vehicles without clearly explaining the relationship, while the next introduces birds, resources, time and electric aircraft in quick succession. Repeated expressions such as “some how” and “In my opinion” make the linking feel mechanical, and some references, including “they” and “it,” are unclear. Organise each paragraph around one main point and use clearer links to show how evidence supports your argument.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “resources,” “natural resources,” “environmental issues” and “precious time.” However, the range is limited and frequent spelling, word-choice and collocation errors sometimes make the meaning difficult to follow. Examples include “journy throw the flight,” “another amities,” “heavy weights” and “lesser knowledge”; these do not express the intended ideas naturally. Several key terms are also misspelled, such as “plains” for aircraft and “vehicals,” which can distract the reader. Build a reliable set of topic vocabulary and check spelling and word combinations. For example, use “air travel,” “alternative modes of transport” and “consume natural resources” in place of the less accurate phrases.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You try to use both simple and more complex sentences, including a contrast with “While” and a clause beginning “Moreover.” However, control is inconsistent, and faulty sentence construction often obscures your meaning. For example, “the number fo the people prefer” lacks a correct clause structure, while “I think, people should understande” has problematic punctuation and sentence formation. Agreement and verb forms are also unreliable in “electric plains which is used electricity” and “travelling through flight is have.” Some sentences are fragments, such as the opening “Because they think…”. Practise forming complete clauses, maintaining subject–verb agreement and using accurate verb patterns; then proofread punctuation and sentence boundaries.
