Student answer (Band 5.0)
Nowdays people use airlines top cover long distance quickly. Many individuals decided to take less flight every year or stop to use this medium to reach the destination. Although there are many advantanges and disadvantages to less use of airlines on economy, businesses and most important environment. In my opinion, Im partically agree with the statement.
On the one hand, there are many significant advantages of using fly mode. Its more benefitically for the people from businesses world, as for there meeting they have to travel from oe state to another or one country to another country to lock there deals or for set-up new branches of therte company, so by the help of airplanes they save there time and utilize it in more use full way. Because airlines is the fastest mode of transport in this world. Another important it help to increase the country economy in the world, for example as by airlines how many tourtist came around the world by using that particular flight of that country is directly increases the country economical status.
On the other hand, there are some major issues of using fly. Firstly is on enviroment as aeroplanes fly it release high radation and gases in the sky which harms the birds flying in the sky are gases is also effect the ozone layer.
In conclusion, in my opinion the airline should not be completely ingrored but less use of it defenity effect the enviroment and people pockets.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You give a position—“I’m partially agree”—and include relevant points about business travel, tourism, and environmental harm. However, the response only partially answers the central question: it does not clearly weigh whether the environmental benefits outweigh the disadvantages, and the conclusion says only that flying should be reduced, without explaining the comparison. The business and tourism benefits are mentioned but not fully developed, while the environmental point is brief and includes an unclear claim about “high radiation.” The response also falls short of the required minimum length, which limits the opportunity to explain and support your ideas. Develop both sides with specific, accurate examples, then state clearly which side is more important and why.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, a paragraph beginning “On the one hand,” a contrasting paragraph, and a conclusion. This helps the reader identify the broad direction of the argument. However, progression within paragraphs is uneven, and some links between ideas are unclear. For example, the business-travel point moves from meetings to setting up branches and then to saving time without clearly explaining how this relates to the question’s comparison. “Another important” is an incomplete transition, while “On the other hand” introduces only one briefly explained environmental point. Use clearer topic sentences and connect each example to your main position; a fuller comparison paragraph would make the argument easier to follow.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “airlines,” “economy,” “environment,” “tourist,” and “ozone layer,” so the subject is generally recognisable. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate word choices or collocations make parts difficult to understand, such as “use airlines top cover long distance,” “lock there deals,” and “people pockets.” Spelling and word-form errors are also noticeable, including “Nowdays,” “advantanges,” and “enviroment.” Aim for more precise phrases and check spelling carefully. For example, describe people as “flying less frequently,” businesses as “securing deals,” and the environmental impact as “greenhouse-gas emissions.” This would make your meaning clearer and more appropriate for an academic essay.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, including a sentence beginning “Although there are many…” and a longer explanation of business travel. However, complex sentences are often faulty, and frequent errors in sentence construction, agreement, articles, and punctuation can make the reader work to understand your meaning. For instance, “Although there are many significant advantages…” is left as a fragment, and “airlines is the fastest mode” has incorrect subject–verb agreement. The sentence about gases and birds also joins ideas without a clear grammatical structure. Practise writing complete sentences with one clear main clause, then add subordinate clauses carefully. Check agreement and sentence boundaries before submitting.
