Student answer (Band 5.0)

In recent years, the number of pollutions cases have been issued & effected on environmental. Most of the people have stop the fly because the air pollution is getting worst as the plane carries different kinds of carbon doxide & chemicals which can cause different kinds of issue additionally the air quality by which humans will get affected on their health.

A change in less count of flights travel can save the environment with multiple disadvantages, air quality will get better day by day without any kind of fuel or carbondioxide. which contributes to global warming & climate changes by which human will get impact on health.

However, the count of fly will decline by people the more it will impact financially on businesses as airlines will not gain any kind of profit the finance will dramitically falls furthermore it will not be in sustainable standard form.

Accordingly, environment will be stablize the output for airlines will fall and tough & be on a marginal side of profit,as it depends on an individual choice preferences as many business people always prefer to take flight usually it saves time where they can attend the client meetings on time.

Firstly, travelling by air is much convenient by taking any other type of transportation its costs on higher side but in benefit it save time give a luxury service & peacefully the trip will be.

Secondly, one of my recent experience some of the airlines dont even provide a full refund of last moment cancellations & delays m y last flight was delay around 2.5hours my meet got cancelled & the airline strictly said no comepnsation would be paid for delays which has been from airlines.

Overall, my point of view is its chargeable higher side & convinent too but the environment is getting affected & there is no such kind of refunds for delays & last moment cancellations.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address both the environmental effects and the disadvantages for individuals and businesses, and your final paragraph indicates that you see flying as convenient but environmentally harmful. However, the position on whether the benefits outweigh the disadvantages is not stated clearly or consistently: the opening focuses on pollution, while later paragraphs emphasise airline profits, convenience, and your delayed flight. These points are relevant, but the personal example mainly concerns poor airline service rather than the consequences of reducing flights. The environmental benefits are also asserted rather than explained in depth. To strengthen the response, state your comparison directly and develop a few relevant points with clear cause-and-effect reasoning and specific support.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

The response has some paragraphing and uses signposts such as “However,” “Accordingly,” “Firstly,” and “Secondly,” so the reader can identify a shift from environmental effects to business and personal concerns. However, the overall progression is difficult to follow: the first two paragraphs repeat the pollution point, and the relationship between the airline-profit paragraph and the later discussion of convenience is not made clear. Several sentences run together or begin as fragments, such as “which contributes to global warming” and “as it depends on an individual choice preferences.” The conclusion also repeats earlier points without resolving the comparison. Organise the essay around a clear position, with one paragraph for each main reason, and use linking phrases only where they show a precise relationship.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You attempt topic-related vocabulary, including “air pollution,” “global warming,” “air quality,” “profit,” and “cancellations,” which helps communicate the main subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, sometimes making the meaning unclear: “pollutions cases have been issued,” “the count of fly,” and “sustainable standard form” do not express the intended ideas naturally. Spelling errors such as “dramatically,” “stabilize,” “convenient,” and “compensation” also reduce accuracy. Build a more precise set of expressions for emissions, demand, and business impacts, and check whether each word fits its context. For example, distinguish a reduction in flights from a reduction in pollution cases.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences with clauses, for example the sentence explaining that planes carry pollutants and the sentence about business travellers saving time. However, control is inconsistent, and frequent errors can make the reader work to understand the message. Examples include subject–verb disagreement in “the number … have been,” incorrect verb forms in “Most of the people have stop,” and incomplete or poorly joined sentences such as “which contributes to global warming & climate changes.” Articles, plurals, and sentence boundaries also need attention. Practise building accurate basic sentences first, then combine them with one clear subordinate clause. Proofread for agreement, verb forms, and full stops before submitting.
