Student answer (Band 5.0)
Many people nowadys are looking forwrard to minimize the number of flight annualy or to completely stop flying to other destination.I strongly agree the this will be beneficial to all the humanity as well as to every living creature because it will have a long lasting postive effect on climate change.
As we all know that currently the world is heavily suffering from great disaster due to climate change, for example the currents floods in Nepal, Glaciers melting in Pakistan, and brust raining in Pakistan was all due to climate change. The flights shares a large quantity of carbon and also use super oil for operations, so its mean if the count of flights are high then the gaseous excreation will also be tremandous, further more these gases will pollute the air quality and if flying is stopped or reduced then the emission of carbon etc will be also less which will benefit the enviorment.
Nowadys it is very easy to arrange or attend the business events or meetings online, therefore no need to travel physically. Although acorrding to some persons the pratically viewing or attending the meetings, seminars also have great importance but for good future we have to endure these restrictions, for upcoming generation, for current flora and funa because many of the spiecies are near to extinct.
To conclude this essay, in my point of view to reduce the number of flights or stop flying will have significant impact on our future and this is the least we can do for the betterment of this world, whereas the flying is important but this development outweigh the disadvantages for individuals and businesses.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You give a clear overall view that reducing flights is beneficial, and you support this with relevant points about emissions, climate impacts and online business meetings. However, the task asks you to weigh environmental benefits against disadvantages for both individuals and businesses. The environmental case is developed more than the disadvantages: you briefly acknowledge the value of attending meetings in person, but do not explain what individuals or businesses might lose, such as access to distant opportunities or the need for face-to-face contact. The examples of floods and melting glaciers are relevant but are asserted as consequences without much explanation. Develop both sides and make the comparison more explicit to address the task more fully.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion. The ideas generally follow a sensible order, moving from environmental effects to online meetings and then to your final position. Linking expressions such as “for example,” “furthermore,” “although” and “to conclude” help signal relationships between points. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow because several claims are joined into long sentences, and the second paragraph shifts quickly from business meetings to restrictions and species loss. Some connections, such as how reduced flying benefits flora and fauna, need clearer explanation. Use more controlled sentence boundaries and develop one main point at a time.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “carbon,” “emission,” “climate change,” “business events” and “species,” and you use some topic-specific phrasing such as “air quality.” This gives the response a suitable basic range. However, frequent spelling errors and inaccurate word choices make parts harder to read, for example “nowadys,” “brust raining,” “gaseous excreation” and “pratically viewing.” Some expressions are also imprecise or unnatural, such as “super oil” and “great disaster.” Aim for accurate, conventional collocations and check spelling carefully. More precise terms for aviation emissions and the practical costs of reduced travel would help you express your ideas clearly.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and complex sentences, including a conditional structure in “if the count of flights are high then…” and a concession beginning “Although…”. These attempts show some range, but complex sentences are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make reading difficult in places. For example, “the flights shares” has a subject–verb agreement problem, while “I strongly agree the this will be beneficial” has an incorrect clause pattern. There are also problems with articles, plurals and sentence boundaries, as in “the gaseous excreation will also be tremandous.” Practise building accurate subject–verb patterns and separating long sentences into shorter, complete units before adding more complex structures.
