The diagram below shows how fabric is manufactured from bamboo.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The diagram explains the way of processing fabric from bamboo plants.

Overall, the total process of manufacturing fabric from bamboo needs to go through nine steps before it turns into clothes.

The process starts with the cultivation of bamboo plants, which is usually done in the Spring season. After reaching the Autumn, the bamboo plants are ready to harvest. When the harvesting is done, the plants are cut into strips using sharp instruments. The next step is to crush the bamboo strips to form a liquid pulp, which goes through a filter to separate the long fibres from liquid. After that, water and amine oxide are mixed with the fibres to soften them. The soft fibres are then spun to form yarn. The following step is weaving the yarn to make fabric. The final stage is turning the fabric into clothes.
