IELTS Writing Task 1 question

The diagram below shows how fabric is manufactured from bamboo.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.5)

The below flow diagram explains about how bamboo plays a role in manufacturing of fabric. The process consists of total 9 steps for making fabric.

From the given diagram, The first stage involved with planting a bamboo plants in a spring season, Later second stage were to harvest the plant in the Autumn. At the third step, we have to cut the harvested plants into strips as well as we have to crush strips for making liquid pulp this process at fourth level. At next stage, After making liquid pulp have to Filter for separation long fibers from liquid, In 6th stage we have to process for making soften fibers by adding water and amine oxide.

After processing soften fibers spin it for to make yam as given in 7th stage, Later the yam convert to weave by processing fabric. In the final stage fabric was ready, For example, shirt or as socks by making different fabric products.
