The diagram below shows how fabric is manufactured from bamboo.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The diagram illustrates how fabric is manufactured from bamboo in 9 steps.

Overall, the process consist of nine main stages, beginning with the planting of bamboo in springs and ending with the production of cloth.The bamboo is harvested in autumn and goes through several processes to produce fibers, which are then turned into yarrn and woven into fabric.

First, bamboo plants are planted in spring. They are harvested in autumn when they are ready. After harvesting, the bamboo is cut into thin strips. These strips are subsequently crushed to produce liquid pulp.

In the next stage, the pulp is filtered to separate the long fibers from the liquid. The fibers are then softened by adding water and amine oxide. After that, the softened fibers are spun to make yarn. The yarn is then woven together to produce bamboo fabric. Finally, this fabric is used to make clothing, such as T-shirts and other garments.
