The diagram below shows how fabric is manufactured from bamboo.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Write at least 150 words.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The given process chart illustrates the production of fabric with bamboo plants under several steps.
Overall, the process begin with plantation of bamboo, in the mid of the process, filter method is used for seperation of liquid and fiber, under such stages clothes are prepare with bamboo tree.
At first, bamboo plants need Spring season for a better growth, after prepare a bamboo tree, Autunm season is a harvest season of bamboo. On third step, plant cuts into strips with help of machines, then strips carries towards crush machine to make liquid pulp of bamboo. Next, liquid pulp send to filteration process for seperate long fiber from liquid. After filter we get soft fiber,add some water and amine oxide, then soft fiber, spin via machines to make yarn. after this, yarn is weaves to make fabric. At the end of process, with that fabric, clothes are prepares.
