The process below delineates how the fabric is fabricated from the bamboo

The cursory glance at the data reveals that the process is based on nine steps, begining the harvesting bamboo plant and ending with the production of final cloth.

To begin with, bamboo is grown by the farmers and harvested in autumn. After that the bamboos are cut by the machines in to strips and then crushed.Crushed stripes are mixed with the liquid in order to make puple. In next step, the pulp is undergone the filtration process in which long fibres are separated from the liquid. For the softenss of fibres, water and amine oxide is added. Additionally, the fibres are dryed through the use of sunlight and then it is spined by spinning wheel to make yarn. In the final stage, the yarn is woven into by the weaving machine.
