The diagram below shows how fabric is manufactured from bamboo.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)
The given diagram depicts the information about the process of making fabric from bamboo.
Overall, it can be clearly seen that there are nine stages in this process, commencing with planting bamboo plants in the spring season and ending with the manufacture of fabric.
When the first step starts, bamboo plants are planted in the Spring season, after which they are harvested in the Autumn season. In the third step, harvested bamboo is cut into strips so that liquid pulp can be extracted by crushing these strips in the next step. In the following stage, there is the filteration process in which long fibres are separated from the liquid and then they are made soften by adding water and amine oxide. After completing this step, there is a process of spinning, which is performed to make yam.
What is more, the yam is weaved to make fabric and finally the fabric is ready to be sold in the market and used by customers.
