Student answer (Band 5.5)
The diagram bellow illustrate how verious steps are include to produce fabric from bamboo.
Overall, as diagram revels that spring bamboo harvest and cut into a decided strips and then it will go for the crushing that crused palltes gone into a filter and after the filtretion process soften febric can extract and then ti will ues for making things related to the fabric.
To beginning with bamboo plant when it is ready to harvest individual can harvest from the verious place and collect them.In addition, it gone into a cutter machine where blade cut bamboo in a strips the reson behind the cutting bamboo into a strips is that amount liquid pulp from the strips can be extract from bamboo strips.
Furthermore, the liquid pulp pass through the flilteration process whre pulp can filter and separate into long fibers from liquid pulp. Moreover, after filtration process water and amine oxide added for softness of fiber so that fiber can be flexible and easy to make yarn by spin.Whereas, yarn is the raw material that used to make fabric sheet in weave pettern. After that weave pattern sheet is used to make fiber productas such as cloths, shokes and some others essential of fabric.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You identify the process as making fabric from bamboo and describe several key stages, including cutting, crushing, filtering, softening the fibres, spinning yarn and weaving fabric. The final reference to clothing also reflects the diagram’s end products. However, the overview is difficult to follow and does not clearly summarise the full sequence, especially the initial planting in spring and harvesting in autumn. Some details are unclear or unsupported: the diagram does not say bamboo is collected from “various place[s],” and it shows the finished products as clothing rather than “fiber products” generally. To strengthen the response, give a clear overview of the process from seasonal cultivation to finished garments, then report each stage accurately and in order.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, an overview and two paragraphs describing stages. Sequencing expressions such as “To beginning with,” “Furthermore,” and “After that” help signal progression, and the reader can generally follow the movement from raw bamboo towards fabric. However, the overview combines many stages in one unclear sentence, and some links are awkward or confusing, such as “the crushing that crused palltes gone into a filter.” The final paragraph also moves rapidly from filtration to yarn, weaving and products without clearly separating the stages. Use shorter, logically grouped sentences and make each transition explicit—for example, distinguish fibre treatment, spinning, weaving and garment production.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt relevant process vocabulary, including “harvest,” “liquid pulp,” “filtration,” “fibers,” “yarn” and “weave,” which helps convey the subject. There is also some effort to use varied wording rather than repeating “make.” However, spelling errors and inaccurate word choices frequently make the description harder to understand: “bellow,” “verious,” “crused palltes,” “filtretion” and “shokes” obscure intended meanings. Some combinations are also unnatural, such as “fabric sheet in weave pettern” and “essential of fabric.” Aim for accurate process collocations, such as “the pulp is filtered,” “the fibres are softened,” and “the yarn is woven into fabric.” Proofreading spelling would make your vocabulary more effective.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, including a sequence linked with “so that” and a contrast introduced by “Whereas.” This shows an effort to describe relationships between stages. However, errors in sentence structure and verb forms are persistent and sometimes make the process difficult to follow. For example, “as diagram revels that spring bamboo harvest and cut” lacks a clear subject and has an incomplete verb sequence; “individual can harvest” does not accurately express the passive process; and “water and amine oxide added” is missing an auxiliary verb. Articles, agreement and punctuation also need attention. Practise clear passive constructions—“the bamboo is harvested,” “the strips are crushed,” and “water is added”—and check that each sentence has a complete subject and verb.
