In addition, they can boil the liquid because they seprate long fibers from the liquid this process filter the liquid additionally add water and amine oxide to create a soften fiber to make yarn.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You identify the process as making cloth from bamboo and include several central stages, from planting and autumn harvesting through cutting, crushing, filtering, softening, spinning and weaving. The final clothing stage is also mentioned. However, the overview is inaccurate: you state there are “eight major parts,” while the diagram shows nine steps, and the overview does not clearly summarise the full progression from plant to finished products. Some details are unsupported or unclear, such as saying the liquid is boiled and that bamboo grows for “3 seasons”; neither is shown. To strengthen the response, report the nine stages accurately, distinguish the liquid-pulp and fibre treatments, and describe the final step as making clothing from the fabric.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response follows the broad order of the process, and paragraph openings such as “Overall,” “In addition,” and “Moreover” show an attempt to guide the reader. However, most of the process is compressed into long, loosely connected sentences, so the sequence and relationships between stages are difficult to follow. For example, the sentence beginning “Furthermore, with the begening…” moves from planting to harvesting, cutting and crushing without clear sentence boundaries. The linking phrases are also repetitive and sometimes do not express the relationship between ideas accurately. Use separate sentences or paragraphs for cultivation, fibre processing and the final textile stages, and use precise sequence markers such as “Next” and “After filtering.”

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant process vocabulary, including “harvest,” “strips,” “liquid pulp,” “fibers,” “yarn” and “fabric,” which helps convey the subject. However, the range is limited and several word-choice, collocation and spelling problems make parts of the description difficult to interpret. Examples include “be gening,” “harvest timming,” “seprate,” and “plain fabric”; “plain” does not clearly describe the woven fabric shown. Phrases such as “make a round shape of thread” and “moving thread zigzag” are also imprecise. Build a more accurate process vocabulary and check spelling, while choosing natural combinations such as “spin the fibres into yarn” and “weave the yarn into fabric.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The response attempts to connect stages using longer structures, but these sentences are often faulty, and the range of reliably controlled sentence forms is limited. For instance, “with the begening plant the bamboo in spring and it growing time is 3 seasons” lacks a clear grammatical structure, while “they can boil the liquid because they seprate long fibers” does not clearly express the intended sequence or relationship. There are also problems with verb forms and sentence boundaries, as in “then moving thread zigzag to make a plain fabric.” These errors sometimes make the process hard to understand. Practise writing one complete sentence per stage, using accurate passive forms where appropriate, such as “The strips are crushed to produce pulp,” and check tense, articles and punctuation.
