the diagram below illustrates how fabric is processed to produce from bamboo.
Overall, it is noticeable that the proccess involes nine main stages. It begins with planting bamboo in spring and ends with producing clothing items.
To begin with Planting bamboo plants in spring after that when the plants grow in autumn. The farmer starting harvesting cutting plants for futher procedure with the help of cutting strips. The machine crush the strips into smalls pieces to make liquid pulps and then procces come for the filtration where long fibers separate from the liquid.
However, after the filtration the procces involve chemicle add some water with amino acid to soften the fibres. Then the fibre yam spin to shape like a ball where they can make a weave fabric and the last finale stage they manufature

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You identify the process as having nine stages and give a relevant overview, noting that it starts with planting in spring and ends with clothing. You also report several central steps, including crushing, filtering, softening, spinning and weaving. However, some details are unclear or inaccurate: the bamboo is harvested in autumn, not described as being harvested after it grows “in autumn,” and the final stage should explicitly say that the fabric is made into clothing. The description of softening should mention amine oxide, rather than “amino acid.” The response also stops before fully explaining the final stage and is 15 words below the required minimum. Develop the stages more completely and check each detail against the diagram.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, an overview and a description of the process. The sequence is generally easy to follow, and transitions such as “To begin with,” “then” and “after the filtration” help show order. However, the process description is compressed into long, loosely connected sentences, and the shift to “However” does not express a contrast. Some links between actions are also unclear, particularly “The farmer starting harvesting cutting plants for futher procedure with the help of cutting strips.” Use separate sentences or paragraphs for the agricultural, fibre-processing and textile stages, and choose connectors that accurately show sequence. This would make the progression clearer and reduce the mechanical feel of the linking.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant process vocabulary, including “harvesting,” “filtration,” “fibres,” “spin” and “weave,” which helps convey the main stages. However, the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors make parts difficult to understand: “proccess,” “futher,” “smalls pieces,” “yam” and “manufature.” Some combinations are also unnatural, such as “chemicle add some water” and “make a weave fabric.” Aim for accurate process terms and natural collocations, for example, “add water and amine oxide to soften the fibres” and “weave the yarn into fabric.” Proofreading spelling and choosing precise verbs will make the description more fluent and reliable.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt to connect stages in longer sentences, but control of sentence structure and verb forms is inconsistent. For example, “The farmer starting harvesting cutting plants” lacks a correctly formed main verb and has an unclear sequence of actions; “The machine crush the strips” also needs subject–verb agreement. The opening phrase “To begin with Planting bamboo plants in spring” is not a complete sentence, while the final clause, “the last finale stage they manufature,” is unfinished. These errors sometimes make the process hard to follow. Practise writing complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, and use consistent present simple forms for process descriptions. Shorter sentences will help you control grammar while still allowing some complex linking.
