in today's era , global fashion has evolved in may ways and has influenced the was people dress in day to day life. Indeed it caused strong influence on society. I agree with that it has cause positive effect but we must not neglect its detrimental effect. Thanks to technology especially internet, global knowledge of fashion has become widespread using platforms like instagram and tiktok. Brand collaborates with influencer and market their fashion from one country to other. Moreover, Increase in employment has also been noticed in this industry. For instance, last year nearly 80000 new jobs were created for designers. Considering youth as a prime target, companies use them to establish new trends. In contrast This trend may cause multiple negative impact for example more the demand more will be waste generated my textile industries which indeed cause harm to environment. Also, people purchase more and more even when there is no requirement under overinfluence which causes unnecessary money waste. However, the main impact is seen on traditional fashion. day by day people forget their own traditional style. Admittedly, the new fashion trend has impacted positively on society. To conclude I suggest that the negative impact should not be misjudge. Perhaps Government and Citizens together should implement balance approach to save the environment and other social benefitsa

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0

The response addresses both parts of the prompt, identifying the influence of technology and social media, and discussing both positive and negative aspects. However, the essay is significantly under the 250-word minimum requirement, which limits the depth of development. While the ideas are relevant, they are presented in a somewhat superficial manner. For example, the point about environmental waste is mentioned but not fully explored. To improve, you should expand on your arguments with more detailed explanations and specific examples to ensure the response is sufficiently developed and meets the length requirement.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0

The essay has a basic structure with an introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion. However, the paragraphing is inconsistent, and the flow between ideas is sometimes abrupt. While some cohesive devices are used, such as 'Moreover' and 'In contrast', they are occasionally used mechanically or incorrectly (e.g., 'In contrast This trend...'). The lack of clear transitions between sentences makes the progression of ideas feel disjointed at times. To improve, focus on using a wider variety of linking words and ensure that each paragraph has a clear, singular focus that connects logically to the next.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the precision and range required for a higher band. You rely on common, repetitive phrasing such as 'influence', 'impact', and 'fashion'. There are also several errors in word formation and collocation, such as 'overinfluence' and 'misjudge' (instead of 'misjudged'). To reach a higher band, you should aim to incorporate more sophisticated vocabulary related to the topic, such as 'consumerism', 'cultural erosion', or 'digital marketing', and ensure that words are used in their correct grammatical form.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The essay contains a mix of simple and some complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout. Issues include missing articles (e.g., 'using platforms like instagram'), subject-verb agreement errors (e.g., 'Brand collaborates'), and punctuation mistakes, such as missing commas and incorrect capitalization after full stops. These errors are noticeable and occasionally distract the reader, although they do not completely impede communication. To improve, pay closer attention to basic grammar rules, particularly article usage, pluralization, and sentence punctuation.
