Many people are being fascinated the way other people wear dress nowadays such as global fashion clothes, The main cause is Social media platform, people see celebrities and influencers wearing certain clothes and want to copy them, i believe this is a negative trend people who are influencing might get far away from their culture traditional clothes.

There are several reasons that how has global fashion become such a increasing influence on people lives, The main major cause is online platforms, People see their new trending clothes then getting obsessed and try to enhance their styles For example influencer are often wear trend clothes for advertising on Tiktok, Instagram platforms. As a result they look attractive because of another style of clothes and people would prefer to trying their styles.

On the other hand, This is a negative trend because global fashion trends might leads to people get far away from their cultural identity for example in every culture people have their specific traditional clothes which are orginally comes from their ancestors. As a result following this global fashion trend means remove every cultural identity because cultural identity often shows with an clothes.

In conclusion people may have a control on their lifestyle and do not copy others such as influencers, Following or wearing their own specific cultural traditional clothes it helps people to maintain their cultural identity.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0

The response addresses both parts of the prompt, identifying social media as the primary influence and arguing that this is a negative development due to the loss of cultural identity. However, the essay is under the 250-word minimum, which limits the depth of the arguments. The ideas are presented but not fully developed; for instance, the explanation of how influencers impact fashion is repetitive, and the discussion on cultural identity lacks specific examples or a more nuanced exploration. Because the response is under-length and the ideas are somewhat underdeveloped, it falls into the lower band range.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5

The essay is organised into paragraphs, but the logical flow is often interrupted by awkward phrasing and mechanical transitions. While there is an attempt to use cohesive devices like 'On the other hand' and 'In conclusion', the internal structure of sentences is often disjointed. Referencing is sometimes unclear, such as in the phrase 'people who are influencing might get far away', where the subject-verb relationship is confusing. The progression of ideas is present but lacks the sophistication required for higher bands, as the connection between sentences often feels forced or repetitive.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary is limited and often repetitive. Phrases like 'wearing dress', 'trending clothes', and 'cultural identity' are used repeatedly without variation. There are noticeable errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'people are being fascinated the way' instead of 'fascinated by the way' and 'remove every cultural identity' instead of 'eroding cultural identity'. The range of vocabulary is just adequate to convey the basic meaning, but it lacks the precision and flexibility needed to discuss the topic in an academic manner. The errors occasionally cause some difficulty for the reader.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The response relies on a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but the complex attempts are frequently faulty. There are persistent errors in grammar, such as 'influencer are often wear trend clothes' (subject-verb agreement and verb form) and 'global fashion trends might leads to' (incorrect verb form). Punctuation is also problematic, with several comma splices and missing articles. While the meaning is generally understandable, the frequency of grammatical errors is high, which prevents the essay from reaching a higher band. The lack of control over basic sentence construction is a significant issue.
