Student answer (Band 5.5)
People dress today are influenced by global fashion trends from many aspects and global fashion become such a strong influence on people's lives .I strongly believe it has negative development for all country.
people trying to follow trends in this generation. All younger to elder influenced by other country's fashion. People watch movie, films and others thing about different country. Then they become fan of those actor or actress for their character or looks or fashion . They follow their lifestyle and fashionable clothes . Most of girls and boys influenced by those and they do similar thing . businessman and shoppers started to import those clothes and sell those with product with exorbitant price. then all our cultural product and clothes went down their values. New generation would forget their culture and lost their interest in the long run.
As people and younger would lost interest on cultural clothes and festivals. Then, people only follow others country fashion and product .It is not positive impact for our country to become strong economically. Other country would not buy our cultural product and new invented something.
So, we should not influence by global fashion trends. we would follow with limited way so that it does not effect our cultural dress and lifestyle. State should take proper step to prevent the impact of global fashion with giving limitation on such TV channel . Younger children would learn their own country's fashion and festivals and there would not be any reason to disappear their own fashion.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the influence of global fashion and the evaluation of this trend. However, the development of ideas is limited. While you mention media and economic impacts, the arguments are somewhat repetitive and lack depth. For instance, the claim that 'all our cultural product and clothes went down their values' is asserted but not clearly explained or supported with specific examples. To improve, ensure that each paragraph introduces a distinct, well-supported point that directly answers the 'how' and 'why' components of the question. The position is clear, but the supporting evidence needs more sophistication to reach a higher band.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organised into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate. For example, the transition 'Then, people only follow...' is abrupt, and the use of 'So' at the start of the final paragraph is informal. There are also issues with referencing; the pronoun 'their' in 'disappear their own fashion' is unclear. To improve, use a wider variety of linking words (e.g., 'consequently', 'furthermore', 'in contrast') and ensure that each sentence flows logically from the previous one without relying on repetitive sentence structures.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the range and precision required for higher bands. You rely on basic terms like 'good', 'bad', or 'things', and there are several word-choice errors, such as 'new invented something' instead of 'new inventions' or 'with giving limitation' instead of 'by imposing limitations'. Some collocations are also unnatural, such as 'went down their values'. To improve, focus on learning topic-specific vocabulary related to culture, globalization, and economics, and practice using these words in their correct grammatical context.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a high frequency of grammatical errors that occasionally impede communication. There are consistent issues with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'global fashion become', 'people and younger would lost'), missing articles (e.g., 'for all country'), and incorrect verb forms (e.g., 'we should not influence by'). Sentence structures are mostly simple, and attempts at complex sentences are often marred by errors. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, specifically verb tenses and the correct use of articles, before attempting more complex grammatical structures.
