In Today era, The way people are dressed are mainly inspired by worldwide fashion trends. It has become a strong influence on people's lives and i think it has a positive as well as negative development.

To begin with, due to social media platforms, people are able to follow ongoing trends especially youngsters . They follow their favourite actors and social media influencers as well as sports persons and copy them by wearing the same attires as them. But in the past it was not like it because there was no social media at that time. By following global fashion trends, the people's living standards and confidence level increases. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the influence of global fashion and whether this is positive or negative. However, the development of ideas is somewhat superficial. For example, the argument that fashion increases 'living standards' is asserted but not clearly explained or supported with logical reasoning. The discussion on negative effects is more developed, but the explanation of marketing tactics is slightly repetitive. To reach a higher band, you should provide more specific, well-reasoned examples and ensure that your position remains consistent and fully explored throughout the essay.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The essay is organised into clear paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is somewhat mechanical and occasionally inaccurate. For instance, the phrase 'In the contrary' is incorrect; 'On the contrary' or 'Conversely' would be more appropriate. Additionally, some transitions between sentences are abrupt, such as the shift from discussing social media to the impact on living standards. Improving the variety and accuracy of linking words will help the flow of your arguments significantly.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, but it lacks the precision and variety required for higher bands. There are several instances of awkward phrasing or incorrect word choices, such as 'young age people' instead of 'young people' and 'too badly' instead of 'excessively'. Spelling errors like 'neccessary' and 'ammbastor' also detract from the overall quality. To improve, focus on learning collocations—words that naturally go together—and proofreading for common spelling mistakes.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede the flow. Common issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'The way people are dressed are' should be 'is') and incorrect pluralisation (e.g., 'children's are forcing'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with comma usage and capitalisation. While the meaning is generally clear, the frequency of these errors prevents the essay from reaching a higher band. Focusing on basic sentence construction and subject-verb agreement will yield immediate improvements.
