Student answer (Band 5.5)
It has been observed that multiple reasons are there behind influence of international trends on individuals and it's way of affection on humans life. In my perception, this is outrightly advantageous. My inclination is justified in upcoming paragraphs with valid reasons and appropriate examples.
The fundamental reason for benefits, there are variety of clothes are available due to global fashion. Variety of clothes with many colour options from multiple continents are accessible for buyers and they can select it according to their size and body type. According to survey of indiclothes council, 60% guys with obesity problem face size issues before global brands introduced in India which is now only 10%. To add to this, another popular good is profitable for economy. To add to this economic profit is another reason. By establishing multiple brans in the nation it will reflect as a profitable scenario of that country's economy which increases employment and foreign investment also.
The detriments can not denied. To begin with loss of traditional clothes. More attraction on international clothes can be harm that nation's traditional clothes which ultimately harm nation's original identity. Besides this affordability is another cause of following global trends. International brands offer clothes more costly as compare to local ones which is not sustainable for everyone and their mind feel left out which maybe affect their mental health.
In conclusion, after discussing the holistic scenario, the positives such as global fashion and profitable for economy is more advantageous as compare to negative sides of global trends.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You give a clear overall view that global fashion is advantageous, and you include relevant benefits and drawbacks, such as greater clothing choice, employment and investment, and pressure on traditional dress and affordability. However, the task asks both how global fashion became influential and whether this is positive or negative. Most of your response evaluates its effects rather than explaining the sources of its influence—for example, the role of social media, advertising, celebrities, or international retail access is not explored. Several points are also asserted rather than developed: the survey example is difficult to assess, and the economic benefit is repeated without explaining its impact. Develop the causes of influence and support each main point more clearly.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for benefits and drawbacks, and a conclusion that restates your position. This gives the reader an overall route through the discussion. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes unclear or repetitive. In the benefits paragraph, “To add to this” appears twice, and the sentence about economic profit repeats the preceding point rather than extending it. Some links between ideas are abrupt, while phrases such as “after discussing the holistic scenario” do not clearly signal a specific conclusion. Organise each paragraph around one main idea, then explain it and give a relevant example. Use linking expressions selectively and make references between sentences more explicit.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You attempt a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “international trends,” “traditional clothes,” “foreign investment,” and “employment,” so the reader can follow the general subject. There are also attempts at more formal phrasing, but several choices are inaccurate or unnatural and sometimes make meaning harder to understand. Examples include “way of affection on humans life,” “outrightly advantageous,” “popular good,” and “profitable scenario.” Spelling errors such as “brans” and “indiclothes” further reduce precision. Aim for natural collocations and use simpler wording when unsure; for instance, explain that global brands offer more sizes or that fashion trends spread through media and advertising. Proofreading for word forms and spelling would also improve clarity.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use both simple statements and some attempts at longer structures, including “which ultimately harm nation's original identity” and the sentence describing the survey. However, complex sentences are often not controlled, and errors in agreement, articles, sentence construction, and punctuation can make the reader pause. For example, “there are variety of clothes” needs a plural noun form and an article, while “which increases employment and foreign investment also” has an unclear grammatical connection to the preceding clause. The opening sentence is also difficult to parse because several ideas are joined without a clear structure. Practise building accurate sentences around one main clause, then add a subordinate clause only when its relationship is clear. Check subject–verb agreement and sentence boundaries.
