Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
You identify a relevant cause—digital technology and social media—and state a clear view that global fashion is positive because it offers access and benefits individuals. The TikTok example in Pakistan also gives the response a specific point of reference. However, the task is addressed only partially: the explanation of how fashion influences people is brief, and the claimed benefits of better decision-making, logical thinking and communication are not explained or supported. The response also ends mid-sentence, so the positive/negative discussion is incomplete. The required minimum of 250 words is not met, which further limits the development of your answer. To improve, explain the mechanisms and consequences in detail, support each main idea with an example, and complete both parts of the question.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
There is some basic organisation: an introduction gives your position, followed by paragraphs beginning with “To begin with” and “Moreover.” These markers help the reader recognise that you are presenting separate points. However, the overall progression is limited because the second body paragraph stops at “Which reate a p,” leaving the argument unfinished and the relationship between ideas unclear. Some sentences also connect ideas awkwardly, such as the shift from social-media access to claims about decision-making and communication skills. Develop one central point in each paragraph, explain it, and then link it clearly to the next point. Complete the final paragraph with a conclusion that restates your position and summarises your reasons.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some task-relevant vocabulary, including “global fashion trends,” “digital technology,” “social media platform” and “fashion shows,” so the topic is generally recognisable. There are also attempts to use more formal expressions, such as “plays an essential role” and “individuals’ lives.” However, the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors make reading difficult, including “preople,” “celebraties,” “fishion” and “influnced.” Some combinations are also unnatural, for example “by the inspire of their favourite persons.” Aim to learn accurate topic vocabulary and common collocations, and proofread spelling carefully. More precise wording would help you explain how trends spread and what effects they have, rather than repeating broad terms such as “plays a role.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences, including “Young people are prefer to use different social media platform…” and a sentence beginning “People influnced by global fashion trend…”. These attempts show an intention to explain causes and effects, but control is weak: errors in verb forms, agreement, articles and sentence construction occur frequently and sometimes make the meaning difficult to follow. For example, “It provide opportunities” needs a subject–verb agreement correction, while “Young people are prefer” uses an incorrect verb pattern. The fragment beginning “Which” is also not a complete sentence, and the final sentence is unfinished. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then combine them with clauses using “because,” “which” and “so that.”
