Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

You address both questions by referring to social media as a source of fashion influence and stating that the development is negative, particularly when trends conflict with religious or cultural traditions. However, the explanation of how fashion became influential remains limited: “people watching reels on social media” is relevant, but you do not explain the role of advertising, celebrities, or global access to trends. Your position is also difficult to follow because you first write “so it’s positive” and later conclude that it is negative. The discussion of traditional clothing gives a relevant example, but claims about people who follow fashion are not sufficiently explained or supported. Develop a consistent viewpoint and give clearer reasons and examples for both parts of the question.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0

There is a basic attempt to organise the response into paragraphs, and expressions such as “however,” “so,” and “in my opinion” signal relationships between ideas. Nevertheless, most of the first paragraph is a long sequence of points joined together, so the reader has difficulty seeing how one idea leads to the next. The shift from “so it’s positive” to “in my opinion it’s negative” also disrupts the overall progression. References such as “this kind of person” and “those who againt your region” are unclear, making it hard to identify exactly whom or what you mean. Group related points into separate paragraphs, use linking phrases to show cause and contrast, and make each paragraph support one clear line of argument.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use some vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “global fashion,” “social media,” “trend,” “culture,” and “traditional dresses,” so the general subject is recognisable. However, the range is basic and several expressions are repeated, especially “fashion,” “people,” and “follow.” Some word choices or combinations make the intended meaning difficult to understand, as in “fully rely on this opportunity” and “push you in another depth.” Spelling errors such as “modren,” “differnd,” and “relegions” also reduce clarity. Build a wider set of accurate topic phrases and check spelling; for example, explain that social media “exposes people to international styles” rather than saying they “fellow those trend.”

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt to connect ideas in longer sentences, but sentence structures are mostly simple or run together, and errors frequently make relationships between ideas unclear. For example, “global fashion have grater attention” has problems with subject–verb agreement and sentence construction, while “they says” and “trend are” show agreement errors. Articles and plurals are also inconsistent, and punctuation is often missing, particularly in the extended first paragraph. These issues make the reader work to identify where one thought ends and another begins. Practise forming accurate simple sentences first, then combine them with controlled clauses using “because,” “although,” or “which.” Check verb agreement, sentence boundaries, and punctuation during revision.
