Student answer (Band 5.0)
The importance of fashion which was always debetable has now become more controversial with many people claiming that it is positive development. While other reject this notion. This essay will further elaborate both positive and negative effects of this trend and thus lead to a logical conclusion.
To begin with first and foremost points, global fashion make people life colourfull. For instance, in old days people use to wear only two colours white and black and become bored, but fashion industry invent so many colours in todays fashion. Moreover, brands like Zara, H&M has made the trendy clothing accesible worldwide at reasonable prices. Furthermore, people feel so confidient while watching thier influencers they trying to copy them.
Moving towards the corns of global fashion which effects humans. People waste lots of money on clothes and all, foe example in womens always have a competition level to look more beautiful than others, so they spend huge money on clothes collection. Another concern is loss of culture identity, traditional clothes are totally forget by younger generations.
To sum up with conclusion, my view of point is that there are too many poisite development, but we cannot ignore the negative results. So, this should be developed in limited way.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You give a view that the trend has both benefits and drawbacks, and you mention relevant points such as affordable branded clothing, copying influencers, spending on clothes, and the loss of cultural identity. However, the task asks both how global fashion became influential and whether this is positive or negative. The causes of its influence are only touched on through brands and influencers, while the final position—“too many positive development”—is unclear and not supported with a clear comparison. The examples are brief and some claims, such as people once wearing only black and white, need qualification. The response is also 44 words below the required minimum, which limits the opportunity to develop its ideas. Explain the mechanisms behind global influence and support a definite overall judgement.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, a paragraph on benefits, one on drawbacks, and a conclusion. This makes the main direction easy to follow. You also use signposts such as “Moreover,” “Furthermore,” and “To sum up.” However, some linking is mechanical or awkward: “To begin with first and foremost points” repeats the same function, and “Moving towards the corns” does not clearly introduce the opposing view. The introduction promises to discuss both sides and reach a conclusion, but the conclusion does not clearly resolve the discussion. Improve progression by using a clear topic sentence for each body paragraph and linking each example directly to its main point.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “global fashion,” “trendy clothing,” “influencers,” and “traditional clothes,” so the reader can understand the general subject. However, the range is limited, and several inaccurate word choices or collocations make parts difficult to interpret, such as “the corns of global fashion,” “competition level,” and “developed in limited way.” Spelling errors are also noticeable, including “debetable,” “colourfull,” “accesible,” and “confidient.” These issues reduce precision even when the intended meaning can be inferred. Build a more reliable set of phrases for discussing influence, consumer behaviour, and cultural change, and check spelling carefully. Prefer precise expressions over attempts at elaborate wording.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt a mixture of simple and more complex sentences, including a contrast clause beginning “While other reject this notion” and a sentence introduced by “For instance.” However, control is inconsistent, and errors in sentence structure, agreement, articles, and verb forms sometimes make the meaning harder to follow. For example, “global fashion make people life” lacks agreement and possessive structure, while “brands like Zara, H&M has made” has a subject–verb agreement problem. “People use to wear” also uses the wrong form for a past habit. Some sentence boundaries and punctuation need attention, particularly in the opening. Practise accurate basic sentence patterns first, then add subordinate clauses and check each sentence for a clear subject and correctly formed verb.
