Student answer (Band 5.5)
The way people dress today are mostly influenced by global fashion trends. In terms development it has both folds for positive and negative development. However, I don't believe that this is a positive development in people's lives.
On the first hand, many people around the world, and from different regions especially from stronger communties do fashion. They influence others and people somehow follow that styles to look like them or to stand-out in the societies. Eventually, that fashion set as a trend that rapidly spread around the globe and becomes global fashion. In terms of positive development, it is good to follow the trends and let lives according the time demands. Trying new things and styles, which fosters creativity and sense of change in the living standards.
On the other hands, the upturn of fashion comes with some challenges as well. There are many regions and communities there around the globe that could not adopt that. It is hard for them due to some reasons like they can't afford it, cultural and societal limitations, daily routine, etc. I believe that living life according to own terms and conditions is the best way to cope with daily routine task and also has beauty in it. As, may people suffers from it and can't lead their lives in an effective way. It has a negative affect on them.
In conclusion, following the global fashion is good but deriving the life according it is the negative development. However global fashion has a strong influence on people's lives but should not be treated as sole way of living. One should be responsible for the good and confortable lives rather than being influence by the trends.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You give a clear overall view that global fashion has both benefits and drawbacks, and you ultimately judge it negatively when people let it dictate their lives. You also address how trends spread, mentioning influential communities and people copying their styles. However, the explanation of this influence is brief and general, and the positive point about creativity is not supported with a specific example. The drawbacks—cost, cultural limits and daily routines—are relevant, but their effects are not fully explained; the claim that people cannot live effectively remains vague. Develop each main idea with a concrete example and make your position consistent from the introduction through the conclusion.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for benefits and drawbacks, and a conclusion. This gives the reader an overall route through your argument. Some linking is effective, such as “On the other hands” signalling a contrast, although the phrasing is not always accurate, and “In conclusion” clearly marks the final paragraph. At times, however, the progression within paragraphs is unclear: the opening discussion of influential communities moves quickly from copying styles to trends spreading globally without showing the steps between them. The conclusion also introduces a distinction between following fashion and deriving one’s life from it that has not been clearly established. Use clearer topic sentences and connect each supporting point explicitly to the main claim.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “global fashion trends,” “cultural and societal limitations,” “creativity,” and “living standards.” These choices show an attempt to discuss both social influence and its consequences. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate or unnatural expressions make parts of the argument difficult to follow, such as “both folds,” “do fashion,” “the upturn of fashion,” and “deriving the life according it.” There are also spelling errors, including “communties,” “confortable,” and “affect” where “effect” is intended. Aim for precise collocations and check word forms and spelling; this will help you express your ideas more clearly and avoid relying on broad phrases such as “some reasons.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt a mixture of simple and more complex sentences, including a relative clause in “Trying new things and styles, which fosters creativity” and a contrast introduced by “However.” However, errors occur frequently and sometimes make relationships between ideas unclear. For example, “The way people dress today are” has subject–verb disagreement, while “that fashion set as a trend” is missing a suitable verb form. The sentence beginning “There are many regions and communities there around the globe that could not adopt that” has an unclear structure, and “As, may people suffers” contains problems with sentence formation, agreement and punctuation. Practise building accurate complete sentences first, then add subordinate clauses and check agreement, articles and punctuation.
