Student answer (Band 5.5)
In recent years, It has been tranding that people are influenced by global fasion trends for their outfits. While these trends have some effective impacts on people's dresses, I believe it is a negetive development for world. This essay will discuss the principal reasons of both perspectives before concluding that is this trends carried a negetive effect.
On the one hand, the supporters who follow the trends and influenced by the worldwide fashion, they think this is so uncommon and stylish fashion because the are lying on social media, dependent on the reels and asume these trends as it makes them cool and fashionable. I firmly believe that social media has influenced them such as they consume unlimited reels about global fashion. Furthermore, they want to recreate the fashion to upload their pictures and videos on social media to get some likes and views. They take it as a competetion. As a result, the global fashion has become such a strong influenceron people's lives.
On the other hand, there are many people who believe these trends a have many harmful effects on people's lives. I think it makes people insane about their dressing sense. Changing many outfits, making unlimited dresses without need, just to follow trends is one of the most unnessary cores they do. Moreover, It impacts socially, economically, environmentally as well. Buying or making unnessary clothes would waste so much money and when it becomes a garbage, it is also impact on environment. As a result, It destroy the worldwide possitivity.
In conclusion, I think it should be stop or make limited quantity of clothes that can help as a positive development.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both questions and make your view clear: global fashion is driven by social media, and you consider its effects negative. The explanation that people watch reels, recreate outfits, and post them to gain likes and views is relevant and gives a plausible account of the trend’s influence. You also identify financial and environmental costs. However, the discussion of how fashion became influential is more developed than the evaluation of its effects, and several claims need explanation or an example. For instance, “it destroy the worldwide possitivity” is unclear, while the conclusion proposes limiting clothing production without showing how this follows from the points made. Develop the consequences more precisely and support them with a specific example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs presenting different perspectives, and a conclusion. The sequence from social-media exposure to copying outfits is generally easy to follow, and signposts such as “On the one hand,” “Furthermore,” and “In conclusion” help identify the stages of the argument. However, some connections are mechanical or unclear. The opening promises to discuss “both perspectives,” although the essay mainly explains the causes and negative effects rather than developing a positive perspective. In the second body paragraph, the link between unnecessary clothing, waste, and environmental harm could be made more explicit. Improve progression by giving each paragraph a clear central point and using references such as “these purchases” to connect ideas precisely.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “global fashion,” “social media,” “recreate,” “competition,” and “environment,” so the reader can understand the main subject and argument. However, the range and control are limited by repeated general wording and noticeable spelling, word-form, and collocation errors. Examples include “tranding,” “fasion,” “negetive,” “unnessary,” and “influenceron.” Phrases such as “insane about their dressing sense” and “uncommon and stylish fashion” do not express the intended ideas naturally, and “cores” appears to be an unsuitable word in context. Build a more precise vocabulary for consumer behaviour and environmental impact, and check spelling and collocations carefully so that errors do not distract from your points.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including a contrastive opening with “While” and a cause-and-effect sentence beginning “As a result.” This gives the response some structural variety. However, errors in sentence construction and grammatical patterns are frequent enough to make several passages difficult to read. For example, “the supporters who follow the trends and influenced by the worldwide fashion, they think” has an incomplete and awkwardly repeated subject, while “there are many people who believe these trends a have” contains an incorrect verb pattern. Other examples include “it is also impact on environment” and “it should be stop,” where the verb forms are not controlled. Practise forming complete clauses and checking subject–verb agreement, articles, and passive constructions.
